If you live anywhere near the South Bay or along the 101, you probably already know that Gilroy Premium Outlets turns into a busy spot once the holidays hit. The whole area picks up steam every Thanksgiving weekend and it can feel like its own kind of organized chaos. Traffic slows down as you get closer to the exits, parking fills up fast, and you might end up looping around the In-N-Out area before finding an open space. There’s usually overflow parking a few blocks away, so it helps to keep an eye out for posted signs. Since some stores follow their own schedules, it also helps to know the confirmed center hours before heading out.

- Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27, 2025): All stores closed for the entire day
- Black Friday (Friday, November 28, 2025): Open 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Small Business Saturday (Saturday, November 29, 2025): Open 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday (November 30, 2025): Open 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Cyber Monday (Monday, December 1, 2025): Open 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
