Zales Black Friday 2020 Sale – What to Expect

It’s still too early for us to know what’s coming at Zales’ Black Friday sale this year but you can scroll down the page to see the details from last year to get an idea of what’s likely to come (we’re expecting 30% to 50% off storewide to return!). We’ll be posting a copy of their ad and all the important details for 2020 once we know more. Be sure to check back again soon for the latest updates or join our newsletter to stay informed.

Expected 2020 Start & End Times

Below are the Black Friday sale dates that we are expecting to see this year at Zales. Our predictions are based off of last year’s sales schedule but may vary due to the unprecedented year that we’re having due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic.

  • Expected start date: Thursday November 18, 2020.
  • Expected end date: Cyber Monday, November 30, 2020 or while supplies last.

What’s Typically Excluded?

Any so called “storewide sale” that you come across are always accompanied with a mile-long list of terms, conditions, exclusions and so forth. Zales is no different in that regard often has several import product segments excluded from the offer. Here’s what we’re expecting:

  • Select watches and select designer collections excluded from the offer.
  • All ArtCarved class rings, loose diamonds, special orders and Create Your Own program styles excluded form any additional discounts.
  • Gift cards and service related purchases (i.e. repairs, shipping fees, etc.) do not qualify for any discounts.

It’s also worth noting that some items may sell out early and some styles may not be available or in-stock at all of Zales’ retail locations.

Current Offers

We’re including a list of all of Zales’ current coupons and promotions below. Be sure to double check what’s available today before heading out to pick your new jewelry. Enjoy!

Last Year’s Black Friday Ad

Last updated on Saturday November 23, 2019: Zales has a few pretty good sales throughout the year but their Black Friday sale has to be one of our favorites. But no need to wait until Thanksgiving weekend to shop the bargains — Their sale is already live today, extra early this year!

Visit zales.com or your nearest Zales retail store (excluding outlet locations) to pick up 30% to 50% off nearly everything in the store. That’ includes engagement rings to earrings, wedding bands to necklaces (guys, if you’re looking to pop the question, this is your opportunity to do it). The only major exclusions seem to be watches, ArtCarved class rings, loose diamonds, special orders and create-your-own items. And of course everything is subject to sell out early so it’s probably not the best idea to wait until the last day to shop the sale in order to have the best selection possible.

Another thing to keep in mind is that online shoppers can qualify for free shipping within the United States. Plus whatever you end up getting it’s covered by a 60 day risk-free return policy if you or your loved one doesn’t love it (which may or may not be extended until after Christmas into the new year so keep an eye out for that as well).

We’ve posted a copy of this year’s Black Friday ad below so be sure to check it out for a look at this year’s featured specials and for a copy of the official sale terms and conditions. The sale last throughs Cyber Monday, December 2, 2019 (while supplies last). Good luck finding that perfect piece of jewelry!

  1. Love Zales! I got my engagement ring from them (17 years ago) and would like my daughter to have her first jewelry piece from them too. As she is becoming teenager we decided to buy her a pair of small diamond earrings and we are hoping for a good deal!
