Updated on Friday June 4, 2024: As the the largest online retailer in the world, it’s not hard to image that Black Friday is big deal for them… just as important as Prime Day. And while we still have some time left to go until we can officially announce this year’s featured deals, we’ve been tracking them for long enough to have a pretty good idea of what to expect. Here are our 2024 predictions:

• You can expect the sale be an 11-day event; be on the lookout for the deals to kick off on Friday November 22, 2023 (a week before Black Friday itself) and end on Cyber Monday, December 2, 2024. Some offers will rotate throughout the event as Lightning Deals, available only for a short period of time.
• We will likely also see a round of “early” Black Friday deals arriving on or around Thursday November 8, 2024.
• In terms of what we will see on sale, it’s always a little bit of everything: toys, electronics, fashion, beauty, fitness, home goods and tools. Featured brands typically include Disney, Lego, KitchenAid, Hydro Flask, Peloton and Le Creuset. Some of the deepest discounts, often up to 70% off, are usually on Amazon’s own devices, such as Five TV, Ring doorbells/cameras, Echo Pop and Kindle e-readers.
• Amazon often announces their Black Friday deals ahead of time via an official press release. Be on the lookout for the news this year to be announced on or around Monday November 11, 2024.

Amazon’s Black Friday 2024 Sales Schedule

Amazon’s Black Friday sale typically consists of “early” deals that start adfter the first week of November followed by the main event that usually runs for 11 days straight, beginning a week before Black Friday itself (with hundreds of short but sweet lightning doorbusters scatted throughout the event).

• Expected early BF deals start date: Thursday November 7, 2024.
• Expected main BF sale start date: Friday November 22, 2024 (that’s a week before Black Friday).
• Expected BF sale end date: Monday December 2, 2024 or while in-stock supplies last (that’s on Cyber Monday).
