Coach tends to go big during their annual Black Friday “Holiday Event,” and 2025 looks like it’ll be no exception. If you’re trying to figure out what kinds of deals to expect, when the sale starts, and what kinds of items might be worth your attention, here’s a look at all the key details based on past sales trends.
When Is Coach’s 2025 Black Friday Sale?
This year, Coach’s Black Friday event is expected to begin on Friday, November 21, 2025. That’s exactly one week before Black Friday itself, which falls on November 28 in 2025. The sale is expected to run all the way through Cyber Monday, December 1, or until inventory sells out.
This early start isn’t new for Coach—they’ve been launching their Black Friday deals a full week ahead for the past few years. It gives you more time to browse, decide, and buy without the usual last-minute rush. But if you’re hoping to score a specific item or style, it’s usually better to shop earlier in the event. Popular colors and styles can sell out pretty quickly.
Where the Sale Is Happening
The Black Friday sale will be available on Coach’s official website and in their retail stores across the U.S. It’s important to know that Coach Outlet locations are not part of this sale. Neither are Coach’s specialty stores like Herald Square, department store counters, airport shops, or any cruise ship boutiques. Those operate separately and typically have different pricing and inventory.
So if you’re shopping for this event, stick with the main Coach site or official standalone retail stores—not the Coach Outlet site.
What Kind of Discounts to Expect
Based on previous years and current info, here’s a breakdown of the types of discounts you can expect during Coach’s 2025 Holiday Event:
-
Up to 40% off select styles (these are usually clearly marked and part of a promotional collection).
-
25% off full-price items across the site and in stores.
-
Free standard shipping and free returns for online orders (excludes custom items).
-
Customized or monogrammed items are final sale—so be sure you really want them.
In terms of how this compares to other brands, this structure is similar to what Tory Burch typically offers around the same time (a 30% off threshold for orders over a certain amount, or flat 25% off sitewide). Coach’s approach is a little simpler—just 25% off full price across the board, plus deeper discounts on select items.
The 40% off group usually includes seasonal pieces, end-of-season colors, and promotional products. Full-priced core pieces—like their bestselling Tabby or Willow styles—often fall under the 25% off.
Sample Discounts From Last Year
Looking at Coach’s 2024 Black Friday sale gives us a pretty good idea of what might be included again this year. Last year’s Holiday Event followed the same general timeline and pricing structure. Here are some specific deals that were available in 2024:
-
Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 – Originally $395, marked down to $296.25 (25% off).
-
Willow Tote 24 – Regularly $350, dropped to $262.50.
-
Coach Originals Leather Crossbody – Typically $395, reduced to $237 (40% off).
-
Men’s Charter Backpack in Signature Canvas – Was $495, down to $371.25.
-
Rogue Top Handle Bag – Regular price $695, sale price $417 (40% off).
-
Slide Sandals and Signature Sneakers – 25% to 30% off select sizes and styles.
If Coach sticks with the same strategy, you can expect popular styles like these to return to the sale lineup in 2025, likely with similar or slightly adjusted pricing.
What’s Probably Not Going to Be Included
While Coach is fairly generous with their discounts, not everything is up for grabs. Here’s what’s typically excluded:
-
Customized or monogrammed items – These are always final sale and don’t get discounted. Even if they’re full-price, the 25% off generally doesn’t apply.
-
Coach Create or Coach x [Designer] collaborations – Special collections, especially recent ones, are often excluded or have limited availability.
-
Brand-new releases – Items that just launched in the weeks leading up to the sale may be excluded at first. Some of these show up later in the event or during Cyber Monday.
Also worth repeating: Coach Outlet items are not part of this sale. If you’re shopping on the Coach Outlet site, that’s a different event entirely, with its own set of prices and deals.
A Note on Shipping & Returns
If you’re shopping online, standard shipping and returns are free, which is good to know if you’re undecided on size or color. The only catch is with customized or monogrammed items, which are nonrefundable—Coach makes that clear at checkout, too.
Coach usually ships within a few days, but expect slight delays during the Black Friday period. If you’re shopping as early as Nov. 21, you should still receive items in time for gifting, even with standard shipping.

Questions & Comments
What new handbag, purse or shoes are you planning on picking up this Black Friday from Coach? Maybe something from Tory Burch or Michael Kors as well? Let us know in the comments below.
Coach was my first name brand purse. Will alway be sentimental about it :). Every year I check out their Black Friday sale. This year will be no different – I would love to get the Parker with Rivets and Snakeskin Detail crossbody but I’m afraid that it will be still too expensive for me even after their 30% discount :(.
My favorites at the moment are the Cooper Carryall and the Rogue handbag. Depends on what their Black Friday sale looks this year… might pick up one or both bags. It’s the deals are just so-so then I’ll probably wait until the after Christmas sales.
Coach has already announced their 30% off Thanksgiving sale… do you think it will be a bigger discount Wednesday-black Friday?
Yup – This is the sale! No bigger discounts are expected. Happy bargain hunting!
