Updated on Thursday, September 17, 2026: Ulta Beauty has not announced its Black Friday 2026 deals yet, but last year’s event gives us a strong idea of what to expect.
Ulta’s 2025 Black Friday sale offered up to 50% off makeup, skincare, hair care, fragrance and beauty tools. The sale started Sunday, November 23, with another round of deals arriving Tuesday, November 25.
For 2026, we expect a similar setup with the first deals arriving around November 22 in-stores and at ulta.com, followed by additional offers during Thanksgiving week.

These are predictions based primarily on Ulta’s 2025 sale.
When Will Ulta Black Friday 2026 Start?
Our best guess is Sunday, November 22. Last year, Ulta launched its Black Friday sale five days before Black Friday and then added another batch of deals two days later. The event ran through Saturday, November 29, while Cyber Monday began separately on November 30.
If Ulta repeats that schedule, there should be little reason to wait until Friday itself. Some of the better beauty sets, shades and hair tools could sell out earlier in the week.
How Much Will Ulta Take Off?
Expect plenty of deals in the 30% to 50% off range, but not one blanket discount across the store.
Last year’s sale included 40% off select Morphe, 35% off select MILK MAKEUP, 30% off select Anastasia Beverly Hills, 30% off Olaplex, up to 50% off moisturizers and 50% off select It’s A 10 products. Ulta Beauty Collection was 40% off.
That gives us a reasonable benchmark for 2026:

Ulta is running 50% Beauty Steals right now, so a 50% discount by itself is not necessarily unique to Black Friday. The bigger advantage is the number of brands and categories discounted at the same time.
Hair Tools Could Be Some of the Best Deals
This is one category we would watch closely.
During Black Friday 2025, Ulta offered up to $150 off select Dyson hair tools and up to 40% off select Shark Beauty products. Other hair-tool brands, including L’ange, were around 30% off.
If you are shopping for an Airwrap, Supersonic, Shark FlexStyle or similar higher-priced tool, waiting until Thanksgiving week could make sense.
The final price matters more than the percentage, though. Dyson and Shark also run promotions through their own sites and other retailers, so compare before checking out.
Makeup and Hair Care Should Have Plenty Under $20
Ulta usually mixes percentage discounts with fixed-price offers, and those can be some of the easiest Black Friday deals to shop.
Last year, Ulta offered more than 75 mascaras for $14, over 250 lip products for $12 and more than 95 shampoos and conditioners for $15.
We would expect similar price-point promotions in 2026, particularly on mascara, lip products, shampoo, conditioner and holiday sets.
For comparison, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer currently sells for $32, so a Black Friday price in the low-$20 range would be a meaningful discount rather than a minor markdown.
Fragrance Deals Are Worth Checking, but Compare the Extras
Ulta’s 2025 event included 50% off select fragrance samplers and 40% off select Marc Jacobs fragrances. There were also gifts with qualifying fragrance purchases, including a robe or throw on certain $75 orders.
For fragrance, we would compare the entire offer rather than just the bottle price. A slightly smaller discount with a useful gift set or bonus product can sometimes be the better buy.
Join Ulta Beauty Rewards Before the Sale
Ulta Beauty Rewards is free, and members earn points on qualifying purchases while also getting access to member-exclusive offers and events.
That matters during Black Friday because a large beauty haul can generate a useful number of points.
Diamond members currently receive 1.5 points per dollar and free shipping on qualifying $25+ online orders, along with other perks.
If you already shop at Ulta, make sure you are signed in before placing a Black Friday order so the purchase is attached to your account.
Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
For a specific product, we would buy when the price looks good rather than automatically waiting.
Ulta kept Cyber Monday separate last year. The online-only event began November 30 and continued into December 2, with another group of deals on beauty tools, online exclusives and other products.
That means waiting can pay off if you are browsing, but it can also mean losing the shade, gift set or tool you wanted.
If something popular is already 40% to 50% off during the Black Friday sale, we would not count on Cyber Monday being dramatically better.
When Will Ulta Black Friday 2026 Be Confirmed?
Ulta’s official Black Friday page already says the event will return in 2026, but the actual offers have not been posted yet.
We expect the full ad and deal list in November, with the sale likely starting around November 22.
