What to expect at Big Lots' Black Friday 2023 Sale

Black Friday 2023 Start & End Dates

Big Lots typically runs their Black Friday sale over a 4-day period, from Thanksgiving day through Sunday night. However you can expect some early BF deals to kick off a few days before then. If the same schedule returns this year then these are Big Lots’ expected Black Friday 2023 sale start and end dates:

Expected early BF deals start date: Saturday November 18, 2023 (that’s 5 days before Thanksgiving).
Expected Thanksgiving day sale: Thursday November 23, 2023. Stores will likely be open from 7:00AM to 9:00PM.
Expected main BF sale start date: Friday November 24, 2023.
Expected main BF sale end date: Sunday November 26, 2023 or while in-stock quantities last.

Keep in mind that these dates are still just our predictions and, at the moment, unconfirmed. We’ll post the official sale dates for 2023 as soon as we are able to confirm them.

Big Lots’ Black Friday sale kicks off on the Saturday before Thanksgiving (November 19th). Then they will have a round of Thanksgiving-day-only deals, with the main set of offers running from Black Friday itself through the long weekend until Sunday night (or while supplies last).
If shopping in-stores, you can all locations will be open on Thanksgiving day itself from 7:00AM to 9:00PM (likely with a free gift available to those who show up early in stores on Thursday). Stores are expected to reopen at 6:00AM on Friday morning.
In terms of the deals, you’ll find up 50% off all toys; select adult recliners on sale from $239.99; buy-1 get-1 free on men’s, women’s and kid’s graphic tees, tops and bottoms; and 25% off all holiday and Christmas decor.
