Updated on Tuesday, October 13, 2026: Ace Hardware has confirmed that Black Friday will return in 2026, but the retailer has not yet released this year’s ad, sale dates or complete list of offers. Ace’s official Black Friday page at acehardware.com currently tells shoppers to check back for the 2026 event.

Last year, Ace started its Black Friday sale on November 1 and continued it through December 1, with some of the strongest tool and grill deals beginning November 19.

If Ace follows a similar schedule, we expect the first Black Friday 2026 deals to appear in early November, followed by additional offers as Thanksgiving approaches.

When Will Ace Hardware Black Friday 2026 Start?

Our best guess is around November 1.

Ace began its 2025 Black Friday promotion on November 1 and ran it through Cyber Monday on December 1. However, not every deal started at the same time. Several notable tool and grill offers did not begin until November 19.

That makes a two-stage sale likely again in 2026: early November offers followed by stronger Thanksgiving-week promotions.

Black Friday itself falls on November 27 this year.

What Did Ace Hardware Offer Last Black Friday?

Ace’s 2025 sale covered power tools, grills, snow blowers, paint, holiday décor, coolers and everyday home essentials.

Ace’s own Black Friday page confirms the category-level discounts, while the 2025 ad included additional product-specific specials and member offers.

That gives us a reasonable benchmark for evaluating the 2026 sale.

Power Tools Should Be One of the Best Categories

Tools are likely to remain one of Ace’s biggest Black Friday categories.

Last year, Ace advertised savings of up to 24% on select power tools and accessories, with additional promotions from Milwaukee, DeWalt and Craftsman.

One of the more interesting promotions was a Milwaukee buy-one-get-one offer involving qualifying M18 batteries, chargers and tool kits. Ace also discounted a DeWalt drill and impact driver kit by $90 and offered tiered savings of up to $150 on Milwaukee PACKOUT purchases.

For 2026, the offers worth watching are likely to be battery-and-tool bundles rather than small percentage discounts on individual bare tools.

Grills Could Have Some of the Biggest Dollar Discounts

Ace is particularly strong in grills and outdoor cooking, carrying brands such as Weber, Blackstone, Traeger and Gozney.

Its 2025 Black Friday event advertised up to 30% off select grills and accessories. Featured offers included a Blackstone griddle for $279.99 and a Traeger Pro 34 pellet grill for $599.

Ace Rewards members also currently qualify for free assembly and local delivery on eligible grills priced at $399 or more at participating stores.

For expensive grills, compare the actual dollar savings and model number rather than relying only on the advertised percentage discount.

Snow Blowers and Outdoor Power Equipment Are Worth Watching

Late November is an important selling period for snow equipment, and Ace featured the category heavily last year.

The 2025 Black Friday event offered up to 22% off select outdoor power equipment, including up to $300 off certain Toro snow blowers and $100 off select Ariens models.

Ace Rewards members currently receive free assembly and local delivery on qualifying snow blowers priced at $399 or more at participating stores.

A $200–$300 discount combined with free assembly and delivery could make this one of the more valuable Black Friday categories for 2026.

Holiday Décor and Home Essentials Should Return

Ace’s Black Friday sale is not limited to tools.

Last year, the ad included Christmas lights, pre-lit trees, wreaths, garlands, ladders, bird food and other seasonal products. A four-foot pre-lit color-changing tree was $59.99, while 100-count LED light strings were $9.99.

Ace also advertised up to 20% off selected home essentials such as batteries, light bulbs, extension cords, small appliances and flashlights.

These smaller deals can be useful if you’re already buying holiday supplies rather than making a special trip for one discounted item.

Join Ace Rewards Before Black Friday

Ace Rewards is particularly important during Ace’s holiday promotions.

Members currently earn 10 points per dollar on most purchases, with every 2,500 points generating a $5 reward. Members can also receive free delivery on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

During Black Friday 2025, Ace offered Rewards members 50% off one regular-priced item costing $30 or less. Members could also receive a $10 eGift card when buying a qualifying $50 Ace gift card.

We expect member-exclusive pricing and coupons to play a major role again in 2026.

Free Assembly and Delivery Can Add Real Value

For larger purchases, Ace’s service benefits can matter almost as much as the sale price.

Ace currently offers Rewards members free assembly and local delivery on qualifying grills, push mowers and snow blowers priced at $399 or more at participating stores.

Availability depends on the local store and delivery area, and eligible online purchases generally need to be associated with a participating store.

If two retailers have similar prices on a grill or snow blower, included assembly and delivery could make Ace the better overall deal.

Keep Ace’s Return Policy in Mind

Most purchases made through AceHardware.com can be returned within 30 days as long as the merchandise is unused, in like-new condition and in its original packaging.

Individual Ace Hardware stores are independently operated and can have their own policies, so local-store purchases may be handled differently.

That shorter window is worth remembering if you’re buying Christmas gifts in early November.

Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?

Probably not if you find a particularly strong Black Friday tool, grill or snow blower deal.

Ace’s 2025 event already ran through Cyber Monday, meaning many Black Friday offers remained available rather than being replaced by an entirely different sale.

Inventory is another factor. Popular tool kits, grills and winter equipment can sell out locally before Cyber Monday.

If the exact item you want reaches a price that clearly beats its normal sale price, there may be little advantage to waiting until November 30.

Late October or the beginning of November is our best estimate.
