Disney Store Black Friday 2025 Sale – What to Expect & When

If you’re someone who looks forward to Disney Store’s Black Friday sale each year—or maybe you’re planning to shop it for the first time—there’s a lot to keep in mind this time around. Disney doesn’t just throw everything on sale at once and call it a day. Instead, they roll things out gradually, with new deals dropping throughout the event, leading up to Cyber Monday. If 2025 follows the same pattern as past years, here’s what you can likely expect in terms of sale dates, types of discounts, and what kinds of products will probably go on sale.

Let’s break it down by timing first, then dive into the kinds of deals and exclusions to keep an eye out for.

Likely Black Friday 2025 Sale Schedule

Disney usually starts teasing their early Black Friday offers sometime in mid-November, exclusively at disneystore.com. These early discounts are typically the warm-up before the main sale. Based on previous years, here’s the expected timeline for 2025:

  • Early Black Friday Deals: Likely starting Friday through Monday, November 14–17, 2025

  • Main Black Friday Sale Launch: Expected to begin on Tuesday, November 18, 2025

  • Sale Ends: Likely wrapping up on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT—or while supplies last. That’s the day after Cyber Monday.

Throughout this period, Disney tends to update their site with new doorbuster deals and flash offers, so the best approach is to check in more than once if you’re trying to catch specific items.

What Kind of Discounts to Expect

Generally, you’ll see up to 30% off eligible items across the site. Some categories might only get 10% or 20% off, while others could hit that 30% mark. There are usually some “starting at” price points that make items feel more accessible, especially for gift shopping.

Here’s what you can expect based on last year’s sale:

  • Holiday Ornaments: Prices started at $16 (regularly $24.99 to $49.99)

  • Holiday Cheer Collection: 25% off

  • Mickey’s Christmas Carol Advent Calendar Mystery Pin Set: 10% off

  • Plush Toys: Prices started at $12 (normally $14.99 to $44.99)

  • Dolls: Prices began at $14 (originally $16.99 to $39.99)

  • Talking Action Figures: Started at $22 (usually $29.99 to $32.99)

  • Wow-Worthy Toys: $10 off

  • Lightsabers & Hilts: 30% off

  • Kids and Adult Sleepwear: 30% off

  • Kids and Adult Tees: 20% off

  • Drinkware: 30% off

  • Gift with Purchase: A free hand lotion when you buy a Pleasing Nail Polish Set

Some of these will likely return in 2025 with either the same or slightly modified discounts. Typically, Disney doesn’t throw out everything all at once. Deals are rolled out over time, and some may only be available for 24–48 hours.

Brands and Items That Are Usually Excluded

It’s also good to know what won’t be included in the sale, so you don’t waste time adding items to your cart only to find out they’re not eligible for a discount.

Based on prior years, here are some of the common exclusions:

  • Third-party brands that are almost always off-limits include:

    • Barbie Signature

    • Coach

    • Dooney & Bourke

    • Ethan Allen

    • Kate Spade

    • Kiehls

    • Le Creuset

    • Pandora

    • LEGO Limited Release

    • Petunia Pickle Bottom

    • Starbucks

    • Thomas Kinkade

  • No discounts on:

    • Gift cards

    • Gift wrap

    • Personalization fees

    • Subscriptions

    • Shipping charges

You also won’t be able to combine Disney’s Black Friday deals with other discount codes or coupons. The only exception is sometimes a free shipping code, which may be available sitewide.

Online-Only Access

This sale is usually online only for U.S. customers. That means:

  • Disney retail stores and outlets don’t participate

  • Disney Theme Parks, Resorts, and Disney Baby stores are also excluded

So you’ll need to shop through the official Disney Store website if you want access to the full lineup of Black Friday offers.

What Might Be New in 2025?

While most of the structure will probably remain the same as in past years, it’s possible that Disney will introduce some new collections or special edition items tied to recent releases or anniversaries. For instance, if a big Disney+ series or a new animated feature has launched recently, merchandise tied to that could show up in the sale.

Given that 2025 marks several milestone anniversaries for Disney franchises (like Pixar’s Toy Story turning 30), there might be unique limited-edition items or throwback merchandise released for the occasion. These may or may not be included in the sale, depending on the product.

  1. Disney merchandise is so overpriced! Unfortunately kids love everything about it – my kids do too. Good that they run this promo over the BF so I can save some money.

  2. My 5-year-old loves Frozen… it’s the only thing she wants to watch. Anything Frozen is what’s on my Black Friday shopping list this year for my girl!!
