Updated on Thursday, October 15, 2026: Aveda has not announced its Black Friday 2026 sale yet, but last year’s event gives us a good idea of what to expect.

In 2025, Aveda’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale ran from November 21 through December 3. The main offer was 25% off shampoos and conditioners, with prices marked automatically bith in stores and at aveda.com.

For 2026, we expect another extended holiday sale focused mainly on hair care rather than a true sitewide discount.

These are predictions until Aveda publishes its official 2026 terms.

When Will Aveda Black Friday 2026 Start?

Our best estimate is Friday, November 20 or Saturday, November 21.

Last year, Aveda’s sale started November 21 and continued through December 3, covering both Black Friday and Cyber Monday in one long event.

That makes an early Thanksgiving-week launch more likely than a sale that waits until November 27.

What Did Aveda Offer Last Black Friday?

The 2025 sale was more limited than a broad sitewide promotion.

Aveda offered 25% off shampoo, conditioner and treatment categories, with the discount automatically reflected in the price. New launches, holiday and value gift sets, Now or Never items, charitable products and rewards membership fees were excluded.

Aveda’s own Black Friday page specifically described the event as 25% off shampoos and conditioners.

That makes 25% the main number to watch again in 2026.

Shampoos and Conditioners Should Be the Main Deal

Aveda used Black Friday 2025 to push its core hair care categories rather than everything on the site.

That included popular lines such as rosemary mint, shampure, botanical repair and other shampoo and conditioner products. During the promotion, several best sellers were shown at 25% off.

For 2026, this is the category we would check first.

If your regular Aveda shampoo or conditioner drops by 25%, that would be in line with last year’s strongest holiday pricing.

Treatments Could Be Worth Stocking Up On

Aveda’s 2025 Black Friday terms also included treatment products in the 25% offer.

That matters because treatments are usually more expensive than basic shampoo and conditioner, so the dollar savings can be more noticeable.

If you already use products from lines such as botanical repair, nutriplenish or invati, Black Friday can be a practical time to buy a replacement before you run out.

Gift Sets May Be Excluded

Holiday and value gift sets were specifically excluded from the 2025 offer.

That is worth remembering because gift sets can already carry built-in savings.

For 2026, do not assume a 25% hair care promotion will automatically apply to every holiday bundle.

Compare the set’s normal value against buying the products individually at the Black Friday price.

New Products May Stay at Full Price

Aveda also excluded new product launches from the 2025 sale.

That means the best discounts are more likely to appear on established best sellers rather than the newest releases.

If you are waiting for a recently launched product, Black Friday may not help much.

A+ Rewards May Not Stack

Aveda’s 2025 Black Friday terms stated that the offer could not be combined with other promotions, loyalty programs or cash-back programs.

That suggests A+ Rewards benefits may not stack with the main holiday discount.

If you are a member, check the final checkout price rather than assuming you will receive both the Black Friday offer and another promotional benefit.

Free Shipping Starts at $55

Aveda currently offers free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $55. Orders below that amount cost $8 to ship, while standard delivery generally takes five to seven business days.

That threshold is easy to reach if you are buying several full-size hair care products.

If you are ordering only one lower-priced item, shipping can make a smaller discount less attractive.

Returns Are Allowed for 30 Days

Aveda currently accepts eligible online returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as products are new or gently used.

Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable, and engraved, final-sale and nonreturnable items are excluded.

Online purchases can also be returned to many Aveda retail stores in the U.S., though some locations are excluded.

That is useful if you are trying a product for the first time during the sale.

Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?

Probably not if the product you want is already 25% off.

In 2025, Aveda ran one extended sale from November 21 through December 3, so Cyber Monday fell inside the same broader event.

That means there was little advantage to waiting until Monday.

If Aveda follows the same pattern in 2026, shopping earlier will simply give you a better chance of avoiding sold-out sizes or formulas.

When Will the Aveda Black Friday 2026 Sale Be Announced?

Mid-to-late November is our best estimate.

Last year’s promotion started November 21, so we would expect the 2026 details to appear around the same time.
