Big 5 Sporting Goods Black Friday 2024 Sale

Updated on Monday April 22, 2024: While the trend with many stores these last few years has been to start their Black Friday sales way before the long weekend and primary focus the promotions online, Big 5 Sporting Goods has been sticking with the traditional in-store-only Friday morning specials. So what’s coming and when? Here’s are our predictions for 2024.

Our Black Friday 2024 Predictions

  • Big 5’s main Black Friday event is expected to once again be in-stores-only on Friday (November 29, 2024) from 6:00AM to 9:00PM or while in-stock supplies last. In addition, they typically also run “3-Day Coupon Deals” from Friday through Sunday and “Sale Prices” from Friday to the following Friday. Some, but not all, of the featured items can be picked up online.
  • All stores are always closed on Thanksgiving day itself.
  • In terms of the advertised list prices in their Black Friday ad, they specifically note in the fine print that “regular prices are offering prices only and may not have resulted in sales”. So just keep that in mind as some the specials may in fact not be so special at all. And according to feedback we’ve seen on Reddit, Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s and Sportsman’s Warehouse generally have better better Black Friday prices.
  • Big 5 Sporting Goods’ Black Friday ad is usually about 4 to 9 pages long. Some years we are able to secure a leaked copy in advance while during others we need to wait until the event begins to see what’s coming. Either way, we’ll post the ad right here the moment we get it and email everyone joined to our newsletter with the news (it’s free and only takes a moment to signup if you haven’t done so already!).
  • Last year’s Black Friday ad is posted below. It should give you a general idea of the mix of items that should be on sale. You can also check out our ad archive for a look at the ad scans from the last few years.

Black Friday 2024 Start & End Dates

Big 5 Sporting Goods’ Black Friday event typically has staggered start and end dates; some offers are Friday-only, others are valid through the weekend, and a handful of them will likely run for a full week (as indicated in the ad). If the same schedule returns this year then these are the start and end dates that you can expect to see:

  • Expected Black Friday “1-Day Coupon Prices”: Friday November 29, 2024 from 6:00AM to 9:00PM.
  • Expected Black Friday “3-Day Coupon Prices”: Friday November 29, 2024 through Sunday December 1, 2024.
  • Expected Black Friday “Sale Prices”: Friday November 29, 2024 through Friday December 6, 2024.

Just keep in mind that everything is only available while in-stock supplies last and is subject to sell out early.

Crocs Black Friday 2024 Sale

Updated on Monday April 22, 2024: You probably love your Crocs because they are light, comfortable and super cool (obviously!), but forget about paying retail price for your next favorite pair… Black Friday is coming. Well, not soon enough, but at least we can tell you what to expect. That’s because what we’ve seen these last few have been somewhat repeating itself. Here’s a look at our predictions for 2024.

Our Black Friday 2024 Sale Predictions

  • You can expect to see dozens of specials on their site on various different styles and colors, everything from Classic Lined Clogs to Cozzzy Sandals, at up to 60% off (see some of last year’s highlights posted further down this page). On top of that, last year they offered a promo code where you could have gotten either an extra $15 off your order of $75+ or an extra $20 off your order of $100+.
  • Besides clogs, they also featured Mystery Packs on sale at 5 for $5.00 or 10 for $10.00, and Kids Graphics starting at $20.00/each. And as always, free shipping on orders of $49.99 or more was included with all orders as well.
  • The event usually kicks off exactly a week before Thanksgiving. That means that this year that would fall on Thursday November 21, 2024. However, they often add new doorbuster specials to the sale a day before Thanksgiving.
  • Crocs’ Black Friday sale usually runs through the long weekend and ends on Sunday night. It’s then replaced with a 1-day Cyber Monday event, although the price points tend to be somewhat similar.
  • Historically, the sale is only available for U.S. and Canadian customers. Terms, conditions and exclusions may also apply.
  • In regards of how this event compares to some of Crocs’ other big sales of the year, their After Christmas and Labor Day sales tend to be somewhat similar. However it’s their Memorial Day sale where you can expect to see a site-wide discount (last year it was 20% off everything in stock along with a handful of specials at up to 40% off).

If you’ve ever shopped Crocs’ on Black Friday in the past then you’re already familiar with their generous shopping window; the Black Friday specials tend to run for about 10 days straight. So if they follow their typical sales schedule here in 2024 then these are the start and end times that we will likely see again:

  • Expected BF start date: Thursday November 21, 2024 (that’s a week before Thanksgiving).
  • Expected BF doorbuster deals: Wednesday November 27, 2024. It’s possible that we may see extra doorbuster deals added around this time.
  • Expected BF end date: Sunday December 1, 2024 or while supplies last.
  • Expected Cyber Monday sale: Monday December 2, 2024.

Under Armour’s Black Friday 2024 Sale

Updated on Monday April 22, 2024: From shirts to jackets, shoes to backpacks, Under Armour has got it all to keep you stylish and comfortable for whatever sport or activity that you’re into. And the time to stock up on all your favorites will soon be here at their annual Black today event. So what’s coming this year and how much can you expect to save? Here’s a look at what’s coming this year.

Our Black Friday 2024 Predictions

  • Last year Under Armour offered 30% off + an extra 10% off with promo code and free shipping on all full-priced items in-stock both online and at their retail stores (a.k.a. UA Brand House stores). They also offered 50% off all items in their outlet section online and at their physical outlet stores (a.k.a. UA Factory House stores). You can expect similar price points to return again this year.
  • Under Armour’s Black Friday event typically kicks off on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and runs for a week, ending on Sunday night at the end of the long weekend. If the same schedule returns then that means you’ll be able to shop from Sunday November 24, 2024 through Sunday December 1, 2024. It’s then often followed by a one-day Cyber Monday sale.
  • Obviously, as with all storewide discounts, some exclusions will apply. Not only is it not applicable towards gift card purchases, tax charges and shipping fees, but also on certain collections (i.e. Curry shoes, Unstoppable, HeatGear OG, and Rich Fresh Tracksuits). You can see last year’s official offer terms and conditions posted in the ad scan below for complete details.
  • So should you shop UA this Black Friday? If we look at it historically, their Cyber Monday sale was pretty similar. During the 24-hour event they upped the discount from 30% off to 40% off site-wide, including on top of already reduced outlet items, but then the extra 10% off coupon disappeared. Then if we look at their After Christmas sale, they offered an extra 50% off the lowest price in their outlet section but no discount on any regularly priced merchandise. Both at their Memorial Day and Labor Day sales we typically see an extra 30% off the lowest listed sale price only in their outlet section.
  • For those of you that regularly take advantage of Under Armour’s ongoing 20% off military, first-responder and teacher discount, keep in mind that usually this offer can not be combined with any site or storewide promotions. Of course it doesn’t hurt to try, especially if shopping in-stores as the cashier may manually override any restrictions.
  • Remember, besides Under Armour, we’re tracking Black Friday 2024 ads on a number of similar sporting gear brands. That includes Nike, Reebok, Puma, ASICS, Hoka, and Lululemon. Stores like Walmart, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Big 5 and Costco should also have some deals on Under Armour gear this upcoming Thanksgiving weekend.
