Updated on Wednesday, October 14, 2026: Apple Watch Black Friday deals have not been announced yet, but the current lineup and last year’s pricing give us a pretty good idea of what to watch for.
Apple now sells the Apple Watch Series 12 from $399, Apple Watch SE 3 from $249 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 from $700.
Last Black Friday, the newest models saw solid discounts at major retailers, while older-generation watches were marked down much more aggressively. For 2026, we expect the same pattern.

These are predictions until retailers publish their 2026 Black Friday ads.
When Will Apple Watch Black Friday Deals Start?
You probably will not have to wait until November 27.
Major retailers have started Apple Watch promotions well before Black Friday in recent years. Blacker Friday’s 2024 coverage, for example, had Walmart’s first Black Friday event beginning online on November 11.
For 2026, we expect the first worthwhile Apple Watch deals by mid-November, with more retailers matching or beating those prices during Thanksgiving week.
What Happened Last Black Friday?
The 2025 sale gives us a useful benchmark.
Amazon discounted the Apple Watch Series 11 by as much as $70, bringing the 42mm model down to about $329 and the 46mm version to around $359. The Apple Watch SE 3 dropped by $50 to $199 for the 40mm model and $229 for the 44mm version. The Ultra 3 reached about $699, or $100 off.
Older models went lower. Walmart sold the 46mm Apple Watch Series 10 for $279, a $150 discount from its former $429 price, while the Ultra 2 eventually dropped to $599.
That is why previous-generation models are often the most interesting Apple Watch deals during Black Friday.
Apple Watch Series 12 Deals
The Series 12 currently starts at $399.
Based on the $70 discount we saw on the Series 11 last year, a sale price around $329–$349 would be realistic for the smaller Series 12 configuration.
A price below $329 would be especially strong this early in the product cycle.
If you do not need the latest model, also keep an eye on remaining Series 11 inventory. Retailers tend to get more aggressive with older generations once the new lineup is established.
Apple Watch SE 3 Could Be the Best Value
The SE 3 remains Apple’s least expensive current model at $249.
Last Black Friday it dropped to $199, so we would expect at least a return to that level in 2026.
A price around $179 would be an excellent deal and would probably make the SE 3 one of the strongest-value Apple products of the holiday season.
For shoppers who mainly want activity tracking, notifications and core smartwatch features, the SE is usually the model where the discount matters most.
Apple Watch Ultra 4 Deals
The Ultra 4 currently starts at $700.
Premium Apple Watch discounts tend to be smaller on the newest model. Last year, the Ultra 3 reached about $699 from an $799 starting price, while the older Ultra 2 eventually fell to $599.
For Black Friday 2026, we would consider $649 a decent Ultra 4 price and $599 a very strong one.
Anyone comfortable buying the previous generation should also compare leftover Ultra 3 stock. That is where a larger dollar discount may appear.
Older Models May Be the Real Bargains
The newest Apple Watch is not always the best Black Friday purchase.
In 2025, Walmart’s $279 Series 10 deal saved far more than the discounts available on the newly released Series 11.
We could see the same situation in 2026 with Series 11 inventory.
If a Series 11 falls into the $250–$300 range while Series 12 stays above $329, the older watch may offer better value for shoppers who do not care about having the newest generation.
Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Target Are the Stores to Watch
Apple itself is rarely the cheapest place to buy an Apple Watch during Black Friday.
Blacker Friday has historically tracked offers from Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Costco and other large retailers because those stores are usually where the direct price cuts appear.
The best strategy is to compare the exact model, case size and connectivity option across several stores. A headline saying “Apple Watch $100 off” is not very useful if it applies only to one color or cellular configuration.
Apple Usually Takes a Different Approach
Apple generally favors gift cards over direct Black Friday price cuts.
In 2025, Apple offered a $50 gift card with purchases of the Series 11 and SE 3 during its holiday shopping event, while other retailers simply reduced the purchase price.
That can still be useful if you plan to buy another Apple product or accessory, but a $50 gift card is not the same as paying $50 less for the watch.
For the lowest out-of-pocket price, third-party retailers are usually more competitive.
GPS vs. Cellular Can Change the Deal
Make sure you are comparing like-for-like models.
GPS-only Apple Watches are less expensive and usually receive the most attention in Black Friday ads. GPS + Cellular versions cost more and may have smaller discounts.
You should also compare case sizes separately. A 42mm Series 12 deal and a 46mm Series 12 deal can differ by $20–$40 even during the same sale.
Current Prices Are Worth Watching Before November
You do not need to completely ignore Apple Watch sales before Black Friday.
Retailers are already discounting Apple Watches during fall promotions, and recent October deal events have included current-generation models. That means Black Friday needs to beat those prices to be genuinely noteworthy.
If you see a Series 12 near $329 or an SE 3 around $199 before Thanksgiving, that is already close to the kind of pricing we would expect during the main sale.
Apple Offers Free Shipping and Store Pickup
Apple currently provides free standard delivery on online orders, and eligible in-stock Apple Watches can qualify for free next-day delivery. Store pickup is also available where inventory permits.
Retailer shipping policies will vary during Black Friday, so factor delivery time into the comparison if you are buying the watch as a holiday gift.
Keep the Return Window in Mind
Apple’s standard U.S. return window is 14 calendar days for eligible purchases, although holiday return policies can sometimes differ.
Other retailers may offer longer holiday return periods, which can be useful if you are buying an Apple Watch several weeks before Christmas.
That is one reason the absolute cheapest price is not always automatically the best offer.
Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?
Probably not if the model you want hits the price you were waiting for.
In 2025, most major Black Friday Apple Watch deals carried into Cyber Monday, but there were only incremental changes on many models.
If the Series 12 reaches roughly $329, the SE 3 reaches $179–$199 or the Ultra 4 drops near $599–$649, those would all be strong enough prices to buy without gambling on Monday.
The exception is older inventory. Retailers sometimes make one last aggressive cut on discontinued models as Cyber Monday approaches.
When Will the Apple Watch Black Friday 2026 Deals Be Announced?
Expect the first meaningful deals in mid-November, followed by a larger wave during Thanksgiving week.
Blacker Friday traditionally tracks Apple Watch offers as ads arrive from Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Target and other major stores.
