Updated on Wednesday, September 2, 2026: Costco has not announced its Black Friday 2026 sale yet, but last year’s schedule gives us a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Black Friday falls on Friday, November 27, 2026. Costco will likely start its holiday deals several weeks earlier, followed by a larger Holiday Savings Event that runs through Cyber Monday.

Expect deals on TVs, laptops, Apple products, gaming, appliances, vacuums, furniture, mattresses, jewelry and plenty of Costco-sized food and household items.

Expected Costco Black Friday 2026 Dates

Here’s our current prediction:

These dates have not been confirmed by Costco.

In 2025, Costco’s Early Season Sale ran October 31 through November 16, followed by its Holiday Savings Event from November 17 through December 1. Thanksgiving brought online-only deals, while the Black Friday weekend sale ran November 28 through December 1.

If Costco follows the same calendar pattern in 2026, the dates above are our best estimate.

What Deals Can We Expect?

Costco tends to focus on dollar-off savings rather than flashy percentage discounts.

Here are some actual prices from Costco’s 2025 Black Friday sale, along with what we think comparable products could cost in 2026.

These 2026 prices are our predictions and have not been announced by Costco.

Last year’s sale included LG TVs starting at $269.99, Sony headphones for $249.99, a Meta Quest 3S bundle for $249.99, a Dyson V15 for $589.99 and appliance discounts reaching $1,000 or more.

Costco Black Friday 2026 TV and Electronics Deals

TVs should once again be one of Costco’s strongest Black Friday categories.

In 2025, Costco offered an LG 50-inch 4K TV for $269.99, a 65-inch model for $379.99 and a large 86-inch LG TV for $799.99. A 77-inch Sony BRAVIA 8 OLED bundle was $2,299.99.

For 2026, we think prices could look something like:

• 50-inch 4K TVs: around $229-$279
• 65-inch 4K TVs: around $329-$379
• 75-inch 4K TVs: around $499-$549
• 85-inch to 86-inch TVs: around $699-$799

One advantage of buying a TV at Costco is that some bundles include longer warranty coverage or extra accessories that you may not get at other stores.

Also look for deals on laptops, headphones, smartwatches, cameras, gaming systems and Apple products.

Home, Appliance and Furniture Deals

Costco is particularly competitive on larger purchases.

In 2025, select Samsung refrigerators were up to $900 off, washer and dryer combinations were discounted by more than $1,000, and the Dyson V15 Detect cordless vacuum dropped by $200 to $589.99.

Furniture deals included a La-Z-Boy recliner for $549.99 and a Mason leather power recliner for $499.99.

For 2026, expect:

• Major appliances: $300-$1,000+ off
• Dyson and Shark vacuums: $100-$250 off
• Mattresses: $100-$300 off
• Recliners and furniture: $100-$300 off
• Small kitchen appliances: $30-$200 off

Some of the largest products may be online-only.

Do You Need a Costco Membership for Black Friday?

For shopping inside a Costco warehouse, yes.

Costco currently charges $65 per year for a Gold Star Membership and $130 per year for an Executive Membership.

Executive Members receive a 2% annual reward on qualifying Costco, Costco.com and Costco Travel purchases, up to $1,250 per year. Costco also currently gives Executive Members earlier warehouse shopping hours.

If you only want to shop online, Costco.com allows nonmembers to buy certain products, but Costco currently adds a 5% nonmember surcharge. Some member-only products still require a membership.

For a large Black Friday purchase, that 5% surcharge can quickly make a membership worthwhile.

Will Costco Membership Be Discounted for Black Friday 2026?

We do not expect Costco to cut the actual annual membership price.

Costco usually uses Costco Shop Cards as a sign-up incentive instead of discounting the membership itself.

As of September 2026, Costco’s official new-member offer includes a $20 Digital Costco Shop Card for qualifying new Gold Star members and a $40 Shop Card for qualifying new Executive members who enroll in automatic renewal. Terms and eligibility requirements apply.

That particular offer could change before Black Friday, so we’ll update this page if Costco launches a different holiday membership promotion.

Will Costco Be Open on Thanksgiving 2026?

We expect Costco warehouses to be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2026.

That was the case in 2025, but Costco.com still ran a Thanksgiving Day online-only sale.

Costco warehouses reopened on Black Friday last year at 9:00 a.m.

Black Friday 2026 hours have not been announced, and warehouse hours can vary by location. Costco recommends checking your local warehouse for holiday hours.

Costco.com vs. Warehouse Prices

One thing to remember when shopping Costco’s Black Friday sale is that online and warehouse prices are not always identical.

Some large appliances, furniture, mattresses and electronics may be online-only, while other deals are available only inside warehouses.

Costco also notes that Costco.com prices can be higher than warehouse prices because online pricing may include shipping and handling costs.

So if a product is available both ways, it can be worth checking the warehouse price before ordering online.

Costco’s 30-Day Price Adjustment Policy

Buying early may not be as risky at Costco as it is at some retailers.

For Costco.com purchases, Costco currently allows eligible members to request a price adjustment if the price drops within 30 days of purchase.

Costco does not price match other retailers, and it does not match Costco.com prices against warehouse prices.

Still, the 30-day adjustment window can be helpful if you buy something shortly before Black Friday and Costco later lowers its online price.

Costco Cyber Monday 2026

Cyber Monday falls on November 30, 2026.

In 2025, Costco ran a separate online-only Cyber Monday sale on December 1, alongside deals that had already been running throughout Black Friday weekend.

For 2026, we expect Cyber Monday to bring another group of online-only deals, especially on electronics, computers, appliances and smart home products.

Some Black Friday prices will probably continue through Monday as well.

When Will the Costco Black Friday 2026 Ad Come Out?

Costco tends to release its holiday savings book earlier than many other major retailers.

Your 2025 Costco Black Friday ad was posted on October 21 and included 32 pages of deals covering sales running from late October through Cyber Monday.

For 2026, we expect the Costco Black Friday ad sometime around the third week of October.

That would give shoppers a good amount of time to compare prices before the first sale begins.

Our Costco Black Friday 2026 Prediction

We expect Costco’s Black Friday 2026 deals to begin around October 30, followed by the main Holiday Savings Event from roughly November 16 through Cyber Monday on November 30.

TVs, electronics, computers, appliances, vacuums, furniture and mattresses should once again have some of the biggest discounts.

Based on last year, prices such as a 65-inch 4K TV around $350, an 85-inch-class TV below $800, premium headphones around $250 and a Meta Quest headset around $200 to $250 are all realistic possibilities.

For now, all 2026 dates and prices above are predictions. We’ll update this page once Costco releases its official Black Friday ad.
