American Girl’s Black Friday 2024 Sale

Updated on Thursday June 6, 2024: While Thanksgiving weekend may still be quite a ways away, we’ve been tracking American Girl’s Black Friday sale for long enough to have a pretty good idea on what’s to come. Here’s what we are expecting them to offer during the annual event:

  • You can expect the sale to run in-stores and online from the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and end on Sunday night (November 26 through December 1, 2024). A storewide one-day Cyber Monday special is expected to follow immediately afterwards.
  • In terms of the main offer, it’s usually “buy more you save” type of deal. You can expect to save 10% off orders of $75+, 15% off orders of $150+ or 20% off orders of $250+ (with a maximum discount typically capped at $75 per order).
  • You can also expect to find an entire page of Black Friday doorbuster specials at up to 60% off (see some of the highlights from last year in the screenshots below). Free shipping is also available during the event (when you spend $150+).
  • As always, some items will be excluded from the offer. Some of the exclusions that are often often found in their terms and conditions are most 18″ dolls, the Girl of The Year doll, Create Your Own dolls, and certain collections.

Black Friday 2024 Start & End Dates

During these last few years American Girl has been starting their Black Friday sales on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and ending it on Sunday night. Their Cyber Monday sale follows immediately afterwards and typically runs for just 24-hours or while in-stock supplies last.

  • Expected BF sale start date: Tuesday November 26, 2024 at 12:01AM CT (that’s 2-days before Thanksgiving).
  • Expected BF sale end date: Sunday December 1, 2024 at 11:59PM CT or while supplies last.
