Black Friday 2025 Start & End Dates

Kay’s Black Friday sale runs online and in stores from now through Monday, December 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET, both in-stores and at kay.com.

Discount Levels to Expect

This year, the main offer includes up to 40% off storewide and sitewide, plus an extra 5% off when you spend $999 or more. The extra 5% off is applied automatically in the cart online once the purchase threshold is met.

Important details about the offer:

• Excludes Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani, Bulova Frank Sinatra, Bulova Marc Anthony, Bulova Archive Series, Casio, Coach, Fossil, Hamilton, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Lacoste, Mido, Movado, Skagen, Tissot, and select JBW watches

• Excludes smartwatches, watchbands, loose diamonds and gemstones, Teddy Bear Jewelry Collection honoring St. Jude®, Le Vian® Vault online collection, KAY Signature, Rocksbox, clearance, closeouts, previously owned merchandise, ear piercing merchandise, Black Friday Deals, specially priced merchandise, special events, custom design jewelry, jewelry cleaning items, charity items, protection plans, repairs and services, gift cards, and previous purchases

• Promotions, prices, styles, and availability may vary by store and online

• The extra 5% off is combinable with the up-to-40%-off promotion, but not combinable with any other coupons

• Minimum purchase amounts do not include taxes or shipping

The sale is officially valid through Monday, December 1, 2025 (that’s on Cyber Monday), giving you more than a week to take advantage of deals online and in-store.

Items Likely to Be Excluded

Kay’s exclusions list is long and remains similar to previous years. Key items excluded from the Black Friday 2025 promotion include:

• Designer watches and certain watch brands
• Smartwatches and watchbands
• Loose diamonds and gemstones
• Le Vian Vault collection
• KAY Signature, Rocksbox, and clearance/closeout items
• Teddy Bear Jewelry Collection honoring St. Jude®
• Custom design jewelry, jewelry cleaning items, charity items, protection plans, repairs and services, and gift cards
• Special events, specially priced merchandise, and certain new arrivals

Kay usually marks which items qualify for the discount online, so it’s important to double-check before checking out.

Online vs. In-Store Shopping

Kay offers the bulk of its Black Friday promotions both online and in stores. Online shoppers generally have access to more inventory, particularly for specialized pieces like personalized jewelry or specific collections.

The extra 5% off $999+ offer is available online and in-store, but online shoppers will see it automatically applied in the cart once the threshold is reached. Standard and expedited shipping options are included in free shipping promotions, though certain shipping types like APO/FPO may have limitations.

Extended Holiday Returns

Another perk that Kay usually brings back during Black Friday is extended holiday returns. If they follow the same approach this year, expect the return window to extend through late January 2026.

This is helpful if you’re buying gifts ahead of time or aren’t quite sure if the item will be a perfect fit. Just make sure the jewelry is kept in new condition and within the return period.

Cyber Monday: Final Round of Deals

Cyber Monday will likely close out the Black Friday event, and it usually features a repeat of the Thanksgiving Day Flash Deal. In 2024, Kay offered an extra $50 off purchases of $300 or more, online only, and that discount could be stacked with the existing percentage-off promotions for some items.
