ZARA’s Black Friday sale in 2025 is expected to follow the same pattern seen in previous years. Here’s what we’re predicting this year.
Black Friday 2025 Sale Timing
The online sale is expected to begin on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 6 p.m. Eastern Time (3 p.m. Pacific Time). It will likley run until the early hours of Saturday, November 29, 2025, officially ending at 2:59 a.m. ET (11:59 p.m. PT on Friday night), unless items sell out earlier. In stores, the sale begins when locations open on Black Friday, November 28, and ends when they close later that same day. Opening and closing times vary by store, though many typically open earlier and stay open later than usual, with some operating until 10 p.m.
You can except a preview of the deals online on the morning of Thanksgiving, but checkout is only possible once the sale officially starts. There is never a separate Cyber Monday promotion, so the Black Friday window is the main opportunity for discounts during the holiday season (expect for the deals found year-round on their sale pages).
Expected Discounts
ZARA traditionally offers up to 40% off selected items across women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing categories. Home goods are usually discounted at 20% off. Discounts are only applied to selected items and do not extend to the full store. Full-price new arrivals are not included in the promotion.
ZARA’s Black Friday sale is usually a worldwide event. Stores in Europe, Latin America, and Asia participate, adjusting timing to local hours while maintaining discount levels similar to those in the U.S.
Likely Categories and Items
Based on previous years, certain categories tend to dominate the Black Friday markdowns. Outerwear and coats often see some of the deepest discounts, with jackets, trench coats, and blazers frequently reaching 40% off. Knitwear, including sweaters, cardigans, and pullovers, is commonly included in the sale. Jeans, trousers, and skirts for both men and women also receive significant reductions.
Dresses and jumpsuits are typically marked down, with styles ranging from casual to formal. Accessories, such as bags, shoes, and sandals, are included selectively, usually at smaller price points. Home goods receive smaller discounts, around 20%, covering items such as cushions, throws, and small decorative objects.
