Ulta Beauty’s 2025 Black Friday sale will likely follow a familiar schedule and deal structure. You can expect a mix of online and in-store deals, popular beauty brands, gift sets, and bonus offers over several key shopping days. Here’s a look at what we’re predicting to see this year, including likely timing, deal trends, shopping strategies, and some examples from last year.

Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates & Schedule

Ulta Beauty’s 2025 Black Friday event is expected to begin online at ulta.com on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 8:00 pm CT. In-store shopping will likely open the next morning, Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 9:00 am local time. A second round of doorbusters usually arrives mid-week. This year those are projected to launch online at 12:01 am CT on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and in stores later that morning at 10:00 am.

Deals typically remain valid through Saturday night or while supplies last (that’s on November 29, 2025). Consistent with past years, all Ulta Beauty stores will likely be closed on Thanksgiving Day. A preview of the full Black Friday ad should be released about a week earlier, on or around Thursday, November 20, 2025.

Expected Discounts and Categories

You can once again anticipate discounts up to 50% across most categories storewide. That often includes top-end brands such as Lancome, MAC, IT Cosmetics, Clinique, Urban Decay, and Morphe, along with mid-tier favorites like NYX, Tree Hut, OPI, Hempz, Sexy Hair, and L’ange.

Fragrance promotions are a key feature, usually with exclusive sets from names like Yves Saint Laurent, Carolina Herrera, and Viktor & Rolf. Bonus gifts tied to purchase thresholds are also common. In 2024, Ulta gave away a plush robe or luxury throw with any fragrance purchase of $70 or more.

Once the Black Friday event closes, a Cyber Monday promotion is expected to start on Sunday, November 30, 2025. That sale is online-only and often includes new deals, with an emphasis on beauty tools and online exclusives.
