Updated on Wednesday, October 14, 2026: AliExpress has not yet announced its full Black Friday 2026 promotion, but last year’s sale gives us a useful idea of what is likely coming.

In 2025, AliExpress ran its main Black Friday event through December 2 at aliexpress.com, with discounts advertised as high as 90% on select products. The bigger story, though, was the stack of sitewide coupon codes offering additional savings at different order thresholds.

For 2026, we expect another late-November event that overlaps with Cyber Monday, following closely behind AliExpress’s major 11.11 Singles’ Day sale.

When Will AliExpress Black Friday 2026 Start?

Our best estimate is around November 20–23.

AliExpress tends to make most of November one long promotional period. In 2025, Singles’ Day came first, followed closely by the Black Friday and Cyber Monday event. One published November schedule placed the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period beginning November 20, while Blacker Friday confirmed the main U.S. Black Friday promotion running through December 2.

That means shoppers should start watching prices well before November 27.

What Did AliExpress Offer Last Black Friday?

AliExpress’s 2025 sale combined product markdowns with tiered coupon codes.

Those coupons were useful because they could reduce the final price beyond a seller’s advertised markdown.

We expect a similar tiered structure in 2026, although the exact thresholds and codes will probably change.

Electronics Should Be One of the Biggest Categories

Electronics and small gadgets are usually among the most heavily promoted categories on AliExpress.

Last year’s sale included aggressive discounts on headphones, smartwatches, cameras, drones, lighting and other inexpensive electronics. Some listings were advertised at 80%–90% off or more.

Those percentages should be treated carefully.

AliExpress is a marketplace with thousands of individual sellers, so the crossed-out price is not always the best way to judge whether something is actually cheap. Check the recent selling price, product reviews and competing listings before buying.

Home, Tools and Small Appliances Are Worth Watching

AliExpress also tends to be strong on inexpensive home products, tools and small appliances.

Last year’s Black Friday listings included mini drills, vacuum cleaners, LED lighting, garden products and other household gadgets at large advertised markdowns.

This is one category where combining a seller discount with an AliExpress coupon can make a noticeable difference.

For more expensive tools or appliances, compare specifications carefully. Products that look almost identical can use different batteries, motors, plugs or accessories.

Fashion and Accessories Will Probably Have the Largest Percentage Discounts

Clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories often carry some of the biggest headline markdowns.

The 2025 sale included hoodies, slippers, jackets, wigs and beauty accessories with discounts frequently advertised above 60%.

The catch is consistency.

Sizing, materials and quality can vary widely between sellers, so product photos alone are not enough. Reviews with customer photos are usually more useful than the advertised discount percentage.

Don’t Ignore the 11.11 Sale

AliExpress is unusual because Black Friday is not necessarily its biggest November event.

The 11.11 Singles’ Day sale comes earlier in the month and is one of the platform’s largest promotions of the year. In 2025, Singles’ Day ran before the Black Friday period, with the two events separated by only a few days.

If an item hits a very good price on 11.11, there is no guarantee Black Friday will beat it.

A better strategy is to save the products you want in advance and compare their November prices rather than assuming November 27 will automatically be cheapest.

Promo Codes Can Matter More Than the Headline Discount

The most useful part of AliExpress Black Friday can be the order-level coupons.

Last year, spending $50 qualified for an extra $10 off, while larger carts could receive discounts of $30, $50, $75 or $95.

If a similar structure returns in 2026, it may be worth grouping purchases to reach the next coupon threshold.

Do the math first, though. Spending another $30 just to unlock an extra $5 discount is not a saving.

Compare Sellers Before Ordering

The same or very similar product can appear from several different AliExpress sellers at noticeably different prices.

Before placing a Black Friday order, compare:

exact product specifications

A slightly higher-priced listing from a seller with thousands of strong reviews can be a better buy than the cheapest listing on the page.

Shipping Time Matters for Holiday Gifts

AliExpress shipping can vary considerably depending on the seller, warehouse and destination.

That matters more during Black Friday because many shoppers are ordering Christmas gifts only a few weeks before the holiday.

Check the estimated delivery window on each listing before checkout. A great price is less useful if the product is not expected to arrive until January.

Orders shipped from local or regional warehouses may be worth paying slightly more for when delivery time is important.

Check Return Eligibility Item by Item

AliExpress provides return and refund tools through its marketplace, but policies can differ by product and seller. Its U.S. site directs shoppers to its Return & Refund Policy and dispute system for eligible orders.

Look for return eligibility before buying, especially on higher-priced electronics or clothing where fit matters.

For very cheap items, international return shipping or the time involved in a dispute can outweigh the original savings.

Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?

Probably not if the item you want is already at a strong price.

In 2025, the Black Friday promotion continued through December 2, so Cyber Monday fell inside the same broader sale rather than acting as a completely separate event.

Some coupons or seller offers may change, but popular listings can also sell out.

If the product price is low, the seller is reputable and your coupon works, there is little reason to wait just because Cyber Monday is a few days away.
