There’s still plenty of time left to go until we begin seeing Black Friday sales on PS5 gaming consoles but you can scroll down the page to view last year’s details to get a general idea of the type of offers that typically come (it’s likely that we’ll see similar deals return).
As always, we’ll be posting a copy of their ad, sale start/end dates and all the important details for 2022 the moment we know more. Be sure to bookmark this page and check back again soon for the latest updates or join our newsletter to stay informed.
Last Year’s Black Friday Ad
Updated on Tuesday November 23, 2021: As Black Friday ads get leaked from stores like Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, GameStop and other retailers, we pull out the deals and post them here for you in one place. We will be updating this page from now through Thanksgiving weekend so be sure to bookmark us and check back often for the latest news.
Here are all the PS5 Black Friday deals for 2021 that we have already confirmed:
You’ll find the PS5 on the 2nd page of Walmart’s Black Friday 2021 ad. It will be in-stock online at walmart.com beginning Monday November 22, 2021 at 7:00PM EST/4:00PM PST and in-stores on Friday November 26, 2021 at 5:00AM. 4-hour online early access to the sale will be given to all Walmart+ members which will begin at 3:00PM EST/12:00PM PST on Wednesday November 22, 2021.
You’ll find a number of deals on accessories for your PS5 at Amazon’s Black Friday sale this year. It’s always worth comparing the sale prices you come across to those available right now at Amazon (note, as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases).
Black Friday Ads from 2020
You’ll find the Sony PS5 console featured in Best Buy’s Black Friday 2020 ad this year for $499.99 (see below). Just be quick to pick it up as soon as it goes live early on Sunday morning, November 22, 2020 at bestbuy.com because it’s expected to sell out lightning fast. You’ll also be able to get the Playstation Pulse 3D wireless Headset on sale for $99.99 or an extra PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller for $69.99. All items are available while supplies last.
Per GameStop’s Black Friday 2020 ad, they guarantee to have at least two PlayStation 5 consoles per store when they open their doors at 7:00AM on Black Friday, November 27, 2020 (hopefully there will be many more than that!). However, your chances are pretty slim to get one. If you are one of the lucky few, then there’s a limit of one gaming console of any type per customer. We’re not sure if some units will be available at gamestop.com as well but keep your eyes open!
Walmart will have PS5 in stock (online only at walmart.com) when their Black Friday sale goes live on Wednesday November 25, 2020 at 7:00PM ET/4:00PM PT. They also have the DualSense Wireless Controller, 12-Month Playstation Plus Membership card and a handful of games featured in their ad. PS5 will not be available in-stores.
