We’re expecting P.C. Richard & Son’s Black Friday 2025 sale to look a lot like last year. Here’s a look at the expected sale dates, likely deals, and what’s worth keeping an eye on.
Black Friday 2025 Ad Release & Expected Sale Dates
Based on last year’s pattern, P.C. Richard & Son should release their ad around 9 days before Thanksgiving. This year it will probably drop on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The sale itself is expected to run from Black Friday itself through Cyber Monday (November 28–December 1, 2025).
Stores are always closed on Thanksgiving Day. On Friday morning, doors should open around 8:00 AM. If last year is any guide, expect a mix of in-store doorbusters timed for early birds, and online deals that may go live at midnight or first thing Friday.
What to Buy
Here’s a breakdown of the the kinds of items worth watching into categories:
Big Appliances
Last year they had up to 40% off select appliances plus up to an extra $1,000 off on certain models, and they offered free delivery to select local areas. Some featured models included GE, Whirlpool, Samsung, and LG. Deals like “up to $1,000 off” usually involve large appliances—ranges, refrigerators, washers/dryers.
Laptops and Computers
Last year they featured a 15.6-inch Touch Notebook with an Intel i3, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD for $249.99, marked 50% off. This year, you can expect something along those lines again, such as budget laptops from brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, maybe even touchscreen models. Watch for 40-60% off typical low-end to mid-range models.
TVs and Home Theater
Last year’s standout TV deals included a 75-inch Samsung 4K Smart Tizen model for $548.99, and an 86-inch LG 4K Smart webOS TV for $798.99. Expect something similar: 55- to 85-inch TVs from Samsung, LG, TCL, maybe Vizio, priced at deep discounts.
Soundbars and speakers also typically make the list. Last year they had a JBL 2.0 Bluetooth soundbar for $99.95 (50% off) and Sonos Era 300 Dolby Atmos speakers for $359 (20% off).
Consoles and Gaming
They offered the Playstation 5 Slim for $374.99 (25% off, a $125 saving) last year. That was a rare deep price on a current-gen console. Depending on inventory and how Sony handles supply, we might see a deal again—possibly on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch OLED 2.
Coffee & Kitchen Gear
The Cuisinart Coffee Center Barista Bar (4-in-1 for coffee, espresso, cappuccino, K-cups, Nespresso) was $199.97 (that was $100 off). That’s the kind of bundle deal I’d expect again, perhaps with different brands like De’Longhi, Keurig, Ninja. I’d also look for microwaves and other counter appliances; last year GE 1.1 cu ft microwave was $88.97 (43% off).
Smart Home Gear
Deals included Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus for $119.99 (from $199.99), Echo Show 8 (3rd gen) for $79.99 (down from $149.99). This year, I’d look for Ring, Blink, Nest, Echo, Google Home discounts, especially bundles with smart bulbs or doorbells.
Tablets, Headphones, and VR
They dropped a 10.2-inch Apple iPad (2021, Gen 9, 64 GB) to $199.99 (from $329.99), AirPods Max Lightning headphones to $429 (21% off), and Meta Quest 3S VR headset (128 GB) to $299.99.
Outdoor, Bedding, and More
The Weber Genesis E-335 gas grill was $949.99 (a $100 savings). Bedgear pillows were buy-one-get-50%-off, Sealy office chairs were 10% off, Stearns & Foster adjustable mattress sets up to $800 off. This year, I’d expect similar bulky items—grills, mattresses, adjustable beds, maybe patio gear or vacuums. It’s not just electronics.
