Here’s a look at what to expect at this year’s event, from timing to discounts to examples of last year’s best deals.
Expected Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates
New Balance usually runs it’s online-only event from Thanksgiving Day to the Tuesday after Cyber Monday. That means for 2025, you can expect the official sale dates to be from Thursday, November 27, 2025, through Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
But here’s the thing: if you’re a New Balance member, you can get early access to the sale. Membership is free, and you can sign up on newbalance.com anytime. Based on past years, members will probably get in about a week early. This year, that would mean early access starting on or around Thursday, November 20, 2025.
What Kind of Discounts to Expect
You can expect up to 40% off select shoes and apparel during the event (similar to what you’ll also see at New Balance’s main competitors such as ASICS and Saucony). But it’s important to know that this doesn’t mean everything on the site will be 40% off. The sale usually covers specific styles that are marked down, not the entire catalog.
Free standard shipping is often part of the deal too. But there are usually some exclusions you need to be aware of. Gift cards are never part of the sale, and certain limited-edition collections might not be discounted either. Also, New Balance doesn’t offer price adjustments, so if you buy something a few days before the sale and it goes on discount later, you won’t be able to get a refund for the price difference.

I wonder if they have any sale on the customizable sneakers. I would like to get NB1 997’s but they are way too expensive at full price.
I’ll be looking out for either a pair of FuelCore NERGIZE or one of New Balance’s Fresh Foam shoes, both of which I’ve had and are super comfortable. Maybe a new running jacket as well for the cooler winter days. It all depends on what’s on sale this year. Fingers crossed for something good 🙂
