Expected 2020 Start & End Dates

For the last several years that we’ve been tracking Navy Exchange’s Black Friday sales, the’ve always ran for three days straight — From Thanksgiving day through the Saturday after Black Friday. But with the current COVID-19 pandemic, it’s possible that things will be different this year. We’re already seeing many stores such as Walmart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Target and Sam’s Club extending their Black Friday sales. Others, includes some of the nation’s most popular malls and outlet centers, are closing and reducing their hours over Thanksgiving weekend. So anything is still possible when it comes to Navy Exchange’s Black Friday start and end dates.

  • Expected start date, online: Early in the morning on Thursday November 26, 2020 (that’s on Thanksgiving day).
  • Expected start date, in-stores: Friday November 27, 2020. Stores have historically opened at 5:00AM but the coronavirus pandemic many cause changes to store opening hours this year.
  • Expected end date: Saturday November 28, 2020 or while supplies last.

As always, we’ll keep you informed with the latest news and Black Friday scheduling from Navy Exchange as soon as we are able to confirm any additional details.
