GNC Black Friday 2025 Sale – What to Expect & When

Whether you’re a long-time GNC customer or thinking of trying them out for the first time, here’s a breakdown of what to expect from this year’s Black Friday sale: what kind of deals we’re likely to see, which products are worth buying, how much you might save, and how to make the most of it.

Expected Sale Dates for Black Friday 2025

GNC doesn’t typically wait until actual Black Friday to launch its deals. In fact, the sale has started earlier and earlier each year. Based on past years, including 2023 and 2024, the sale has kicked off on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. That lines up with Tuesday, November 25, 2025 this year.

Expect the sale to run through the weekend and end on Cyber Monday, which falls on December 1, 2025. That gives you about a week to shop, though popular items and sizes might sell out earlier—especially things like best-selling proteins, greens, and multivitamins.

How the Sale Works

The main format GNC uses during Black Friday is “Buy One, Get One 50% Off,” or BOGO 50%. You’re usually not restricted to identical items. It’s typically a mix-and-match setup across categories. So, you could buy one product from their Diet Support section and pair it with a Multivitamin or a Protein powder and still get the deal.

In previous years, this BOGO 50% covered most of the store, both in physical retail locations and online at gnc.com. GNC doesn’t usually require a code for these deals either, which makes the checkout process simple. Just add the items to your cart and the discount applies automatically.

Discount Levels and Pricing

The BOGO 50% off offer works out to an effective discount of 25% off per item if you buy in pairs (one full price, one half off). It’s not the deepest discount you’ll find in the supplement world during Black Friday, but it’s solid, especially since it applies to newer or premium products that usually aren’t marked down any other time of the year.

Occasionally, GNC will also include other bonus offers during this time, like:

  • “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” on select vitamins or specialty items

  • Flat percent-off discounts (e.g., 20% off entire order with code—more likely to happen online)

  • Free shipping on all online orders with no minimum

  • Free gifts with certain purchases (e.g., branded shakers or samples)

What Might Not Be a Great Deal

While the sale covers a lot, not every item is worth rushing to buy. Here are a few categories to be cautious with:

1. Clearance or Discontinued Items

These might be excluded from the BOGO promo or final sale only. They can still be a deal, but check expiration dates.

2. High-Priced Single Items

Buying two of something expensive just to get 50% off one might not be smart if you don’t need both. GNC doesn’t always let you mix different flavors or sizes for the BOGO, so read the fine print.

3. Third-Party Brands

Some big names like MuscleTech, Ghost, or Optimum Nutrition might have their own sales elsewhere (Amazon, Vitamin Shoppe, brand websites) that beat GNC’s prices, even with BOGO 50%.
