Our early prediction is 15% to 20% off regular-priced furniture and home decor, both in-stores or at ethanallen.com, with the better discount likely tied to buying multiple items. Clearance should offer much deeper markdowns, potentially up to 60% off with an extra discount on top.
The sale will probably start before Thanksgiving rather than waiting until Black Friday itself.

When Will Ethan Allen’s Black Friday 2026 Sale Start?
We expect the sale to begin around November 17 to November 19.
Last year’s Black Friday sale was already live by November 18 and continued through November 30. The 2024 November sale also ran through November 30, while Ethan Allen started promoting its 2023 Black Friday offer as early as November 1.
So unlike retailers that save everything for Thanksgiving weekend, Ethan Allen shoppers should start checking for deals by the middle of November.
How Much Will Ethan Allen Take Off?
Our best prediction is 15% off smaller purchases and 20% off when buying several pieces.
In 2025, shoppers who picked three or more eligible items received 20% off each item. Purchases of two items or fewer received 15% off. Clearance was marked down as much as 60%, plus an additional 10% off.
The structure has changed slightly from year to year, but the 15% to 20% range has been remarkably consistent. In 2024, Ethan Allen offered 20% off purchases of $3,000 or more, 15% off purchases below $3,000, and 20% off accents.
That makes another 15% to 20% sale much more likely than a blanket 30% or 40% off event.
Ethan Allen Black Friday 2026 Price Predictions
Here’s what the sale could look like if Ethan Allen repeats last year’s 15% and 20% discount levels.

These are not confirmed Black Friday prices. They are examples based on Ethan Allen’s current regular prices and the discount structure used last year. Current pricing includes the Bennett sofa at $3,100, Rockwell sofa at $4,100, Continental bed at $3,000, Custom Extension Dining Table from $2,680, and Drea lamp at $925.
Prices and eligible styles can change before November.
The 3-Item Rule Could Matter More Than You Think
This is one area where Ethan Allen’s sale is different from a typical Black Friday promotion.
If the 2025 offer returns, buying three qualifying pieces could move your entire purchase from 15% off to 20% off.
For example, a $5,000 purchase would cost:

So if you’re already furnishing a room, it may make more sense to buy the sofa, chair and table together rather than place separate orders.

Is Black Friday Really Ethan Allen’s Best Sale?
Not necessarily.
This is probably the most important thing to know before waiting until November.
Ethan Allen’s Labor Day 2026 sale is currently offering 20% off everything plus free shipping and delivery.
By comparison, last year’s Black Friday sale required three or more items to reach 20% off.
That doesn’t mean Black Friday will be worse this year. Ethan Allen could improve the offer. But if you’re shopping throughout the year, we would look at the total cost rather than just the sale name.
A 20% discount with free delivery may beat a later 20% discount where delivery is extra.
For furniture, that can be a meaningful difference.
What Should You Buy During the Sale?
Sofas, sectionals, dining furniture and beds are where a 20% discount can save the most actual dollars.
A $4,000 sofa at 20% off saves $800. A $600 lamp saves $120. Both are good discounts, but we’d prioritize the bigger purchase if you’re trying to get the most value from the sale.
If you’re furnishing an entire room, Black Friday may be especially useful because Ethan Allen has previously rewarded larger or multi-item purchases.
Decor and lighting are also worth checking, particularly if Ethan Allen brings back a separate discount for accents.
Don’t Ignore Ethan Allen Clearance
Clearance is where the deepest percentage discounts are likely to be.
Ethan Allen currently advertises clearance furniture and decor at savings of up to 60%. These can include floor samples and discontinued pieces from local Design Centers.
Last Black Friday, clearance received an additional 10% off on top of the existing markdown.
There’s a catch: clearance merchandise is generally sold as is and is final sale. Quantities are also limited.
For someone who is flexible about fabric, finish or an occasional small imperfection, clearance may actually be more interesting than the main Black Friday promotion.
Our Ethan Allen Black Friday Shopping Tips
Do the math before Black Friday. If Ethan Allen runs another buy-more-save-more offer, know which pieces you want so you can see whether adding another item gets you into the better discount tier.
Ask about delivery costs. With furniture, free delivery can sometimes be worth more than an extra few percentage points off.
Visit a Design Center for clearance. Local floor samples can differ from what appears online, so the best clearance finds may never show up on the website.
Check measurements before ordering. Saving $700 on a sofa isn’t much of a deal if it doesn’t fit through your doorway or work in the room.
And don’t wait until Black Friday morning. Ethan Allen’s sale will probably be underway well before November 27.
Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?
Probably not if the Black Friday offer is already at 20%.
Ethan Allen has historically run its November promotion through November 30, which is Cyber Monday this year. In 2023 and 2024, the offers also ended November 30.
We expect Cyber Monday to be more of a continuation of the Black Friday sale than a completely different promotion.
If you find the furniture, fabric and finish you want at 20% off, we would be more concerned about availability than holding out for another few days.
When Will the Ethan Allen Black Friday 2026 Ad Come Out?
We expect the details to appear sometime in mid-November.
Ethan Allen doesn’t usually release a large traditional Black Friday circular. The main promotion is typically announced online and through its Design Centers, with the terms spelling out the discount levels, exclusions and financing options.
