If you’re hoping to pick up a deal on a new jacket, tent, or other outdoor essentials from Mountain Hardwear, here’s everything you  need to know about their upcoming Black Friday 2025 sale.

When Will Mountain Hardwear’s Black Friday 2025 Sale Start?

Mountain Hardwear’s Black Friday 2025 sale is expected to officially kick off at mountainhardwear.com on Black Friday itself, which falls on November 28, 2025. However, like many brands, they typically roll out “early Black Friday” deals a few days before Thanksgiving weekend. Last year, they releasing discounts about three to four days in advance, so it’s safe to assume they’ll do the same this time around.

Many of the deals are expected to carry over into the weekend and extend into Cyber Monday. But from what we’ve seen in previous years, the best items tend to sell out quickly, sometimes even before the weekend is over. If there’s something specific you’re after, it’s a good idea to act fast once the sale goes live.

Expected Discount Levels: 25% to 60% Off

In terms of discounts, Mountain Hardwear is expected to offer 25% to 60% off on select items, similar to last year. The lower end of the discount range will likely apply to new arrivals and core products like jackets and mid-layers, while the deeper discounts will mostly be on past-season gear and clearance items.

Mountain Hardwear is also expected to offer free standard ground shipping during their Black Friday promotion. However, there are some things to keep in mind. The free shipping offer will only apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. If you’re shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, a P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or an address not served by UPS ground, the free shipping deal won’t apply, and you’ll need to pay for shipping.

Michaels Black Friday 2025 Sale – What to Expect & When

Whether you’re into DIY, home décor, baking, or just want to save a bit on creative supplies, Michaels usually has something for everyone during their annual Black Friday sale. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect this year based on previous years, plus a look at what was offered in the past and what that could mean for 2025.

Likely Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates & Store Hours

If Michaels sticks to what they’ve done the past few years, the Black Friday sale will likely start on Friday, November 21, 2025, which is exactly one week before Black Friday itself. The sale should run both in-stores and at michaels.com through the entire week of Thanksgiving and wrap up on Sunday, November 30, 2025, or until everything sells out. The earlier you shop, the better chance you have at getting what you want, especially since some of the better deals go fast.

Just like in previous years, all Michaels locations will probably stay closed on Thanksgiving Day, which lands on Thursday, November 27, 2025. If you’re planning to shop in-store, expect them to reopen early on Friday morning at 7:00 AM. That’s been their go-to opening time for the past few years during Black Friday weekend.

How Big Are the Discounts?

Based on previous years, you can expect discounts up to 70% off across a wide range of categories. These aren’t one-off deals either. Most sections of the store have pretty decent markdowns. You’ll find savings on everything from holiday decorations and artificial Christmas trees to paint, yarn, custom framing, baking supplies, and more.

Keep in mind that while “up to 70% off” sounds signifigant, not everything will be marked down that much. The 70% tends to apply to seasonal and holiday items, especially things like ornaments, tree décor, and select home décor items. Everyday crafting items are usually between 30% and 50% off, depending on the brand and category.

Also worth noting: some sales are advertised as “doorbusters,” which means they’re only available for a limited time or while supplies last. If you see that label, don’t wait around too long.

What Was on Sale Last Year

Looking at what was offered during the 2024 Black Friday sale gives a pretty solid preview of what might return in 2025. Here’s a list of actual sale examples from last year:

  • Artificial Christmas Trees were up to 60% off, including pre-lit options in various sizes.

  • All Holiday Floral and Decor was marked 50% to 70% off, including wreaths, garlands, lights, and tabletop decorations.

  • Select Yarn (like Loops & Threads and Lion Brand) was up to 40% off, great for knitters and crocheters.

  • Crayola, Prismacolor, and Artist’s Loft art supplies were 30% to 50% off, depending on the product.

  • Custom Framing was up to 70% off, including same-day options.

  • Kids’ craft kits were often part of buy one, get one 50% off deals.

  • Storage solutions, like craft carts and bins, had markdowns between 30% and 50%.

If 2025 follows the same pattern, these same categories should be on sale again, possibly with similar or slightly better discounts.

If you’re planning to pick up a pair of Danner boots this holiday season, it’s worth keeping an eye on their upcoming Black Friday sale.  Here’s a rundown of what to expect from Danner here in 2025 — based on past years, a bit of digging, and current patterns.

When Will Danner’s Black Friday 2025 Sale Likely Start and End?

Danner has a pretty consistent sale pattern, and if they stick to it again this year, the Black Friday 2025 sale is expected to begin on Monday, November 24, 2025. That’s the Monday of Thanksgiving week — not Friday — so if you’re waiting until Black Friday itself, you might already be behind the curve.

The sale is expected to run through December 5, 2025, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. That’s almost two full weeks, so there’s a decent window of time to shop — but keep in mind, everything is available only while supplies last. Some sizes and popular models might sell out way before the sale ends.

Also, it’s worth noting that Danner usually does not run a separate Cyber Monday sale, so the Black Friday event is your one shot to get deals this big during the holiday season.

How Much Can You Expect to Save?

Based on previous years, Danner typically offers up to 40% off on select items across the site. That includes men’s and women’s boots and shoes, with discounts applied to a wide range of categories — from hiking and outdoor boots to work boots and lifestyle designs.

Now, “up to 40% off” is key here — not every item will be 40% off. Some items might be 20% off, some might be 30%, and others might be full price and excluded from the sale entirely. But even so, it’s one of the rare times you’ll see this brand marking down their gear across the board.

From last year’s sale, here are a few examples of what was marked down:

  • Danner Bull Run Moc Toe Work Boots – about 25% off
