Black Friday Sale Dates for 2025

Based on how Nike has structured their Black Friday events in the past, we can expect a very similar timeline this year. Early access for Nike Members is now live (it begin on Sunday, November 16, 2025) and will run until Friday, November 22, 2025 at 9:00PM PT. This early shopping period is exclusive to members only on nike.com when shopping with promo code ACCESS, so if you’re not signed up yet, it’s worth joining (it’s free on their website).

Once early access ends, the sale will probably open up to everyone else starting Friday, November 22, 2025 at 9:00PM PT (that’s 6 days before Thanksgiving) and continue through Black Friday, likely wrapping up by Saturday, November 29, 2025. After that, Nike usually rolls out a very similar sale for Cyber Monday, which should kick off the next day on Sunday, November 30, 2025 and run for another few days.

The important thing to remember is that popular items tend to sell out quickly, so if you want the best selection of sizes, colors, and styles, it’s smart to shop early during the Member Access period.

How Nike’s Black Friday Discounts Usually Work

Nike’s Black Friday sale is never a blanket discount that applies to everything on their site. It’s specifically an extra discount on items that are already on sale. For the past few years, Nike has offered an additional 25% off select sale items when you use a promo code at checkout (and this year looks no different).

Remember, you can’t combine this Black Friday offer with other discount codes or any rewards you might have. The only exception is free shipping promo codes, which are sometimes stackable.

Items You Can Expect to Be on Sale

Nike’s Black Friday Sale is mostly focused on apparel, shoes, and accessories that are already in their sale section. You’ll typically find:

• Running shoes from past seasons.
• Lifestyle sneakers like Air Max, Blazer, and Air Force 1 in select colors.
• Training and workout apparel such as leggings, shorts, hoodies, and sports bras.
• Outerwear, including lightweight jackets and windbreakers.
• Backpacks, hats, and socks.
• Kids’ shoes and apparel.
• Select Jordan Brand items (usually more basic styles).

Nike often uses Black Friday as a way to clear out inventory on seasonal items or products that are being phased out. That’s why the selection tends to vary based on what’s already been marked down in the weeks leading up to Black Friday.

Items That Will Likely Be Excluded

While the deals can be great, it’s important to know what you shouldn’t expect to be discounted. Nike’s Black Friday extra 25% off code generally does not apply to full-priced items. This means if a product isn’t already in the sale section, you won’t be able to get the extra discount.

Other exclusions include:

• Nike By You custom products.
• SNKRS app launches and limited-release sneakers.
• Select “Launch” products and high-demand items.
• Gift cards.
• Apple products sold on Nike’s site.
• Items from Swoosh.com (Nike’s employee store).

Some Jordan products will also be excluded from this sale. Essentially, if it’s a high-demand product or a new arrival, it’s probably not going to be eligible for the extra 25% off.

• Nike Air Max 90 (older colorways): Originally $130, on sale for $90, further reduced to $67.50 with the Black Friday code.
