Updated on Tuesday, October 13, 2026: Abt has confirmed that its Black Friday sale will return in November 2026, but the retailer has not yet announced the full sale dates or individual deals. Abt’s official Black Friday page currently tells shoppers to check back for this year’s event.
Last year’s main sale was already underway by November 21, a full week before Black Friday, with discounts across TVs, computers, appliances, audio, cameras and other electronics.
For 2026, we expect Abt’s main Black Friday deals to begin around November 20, followed by additional offers through Black Friday on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30.

When Will Abt Black Friday 2026 Start?
Our best guess is Friday, November 20.
Abt officially announced its 2025 Black Friday event on November 21, with deals available online and in its Glenview store. The retailer described discounts as available across the site rather than waiting until Thanksgiving week.
If Abt repeats that timing, the 2026 sale could begin one week before Black Friday.
There is little reason to wait until November 27 if the exact TV, laptop or appliance you want reaches a strong price earlier.
What Did Abt Offer Last Black Friday?
The 2025 event produced substantial discounts across several categories.
Some examples included:

Those prices give us better 2026 benchmarks than broad “up to” discount claims.
Abt Black Friday 2026 Price Targets
Because Abt sells products ranging from $30 headphones to $10,000 appliances, there is no useful single discount percentage.
Instead, these are the levels we would watch:

The exact model matters more than the advertised percentage. A TV discounted $700 is not necessarily better than a competing model discounted $400 if its normal street price was already much lower.
TVs Should Be One of the Strongest Categories
TVs are traditionally a major part of Abt’s Black Friday sale.
Last year’s event included everything from a $127.99 32-inch Samsung to a $3,998 98-inch Sony Mini LED. Abt also discounted QLED, LED and other large-screen models across several brands.
Abt’s current Black Friday electronics section also highlights TVs, computers, tablets and related electronics as core holiday categories.
For 2026, we would concentrate on the final model number and price rather than screen size alone. Manufacturers frequently produce several similar televisions with significant differences in panel technology, brightness and refresh rate.
Computers and Apple Deals Are Worth Watching
Abt was surprisingly competitive on Apple products last year.
The 128GB 11th-generation iPad fell to $274 from $349, while the 13-inch MacBook Air with M4, 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD was $844 from $999.
Apple discounts tend to be smaller than markdowns on Windows laptops, but $75 off an iPad or $150+ off a MacBook can still be a strong holiday price.
For Windows computers, we would look for at least 20% off unless the machine is a newly released premium model.
Audio Could Produce Some of the Easiest Deals to Compare
Soundbars, headphones and speakers had straightforward discounts last year.
The Sonos Arc Ultra dropped from $1,099 to $879, Sonos Beam Gen 2 went from $499 to $349, Bose QuietComfort headphones fell from $359 to $199 and the JBL Charge 6 dropped to $129.95 from $199.
Those are the kinds of products where comparison shopping is easy because identical model numbers are widely available.
If Abt matches Amazon, Best Buy or the manufacturer’s own Black Friday price, the decision may come down to shipping, customer service or Abt’s price-match policy.
Appliances Could Offer Bigger Dollar Savings
Abt is particularly strong in major appliances, and Black Friday should again include refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers and dryers alongside smaller kitchen products.
Abt’s current promotions already include manufacturer rebates, appliance package discounts and offers from brands such as Dacor, Bertazzoni, Thermador, Fisher & Paykel and Viking.
That means Black Friday appliance shopping can be more complicated than simply looking for a percentage-off banner.
For a kitchen remodel, compare:
- individual appliance prices
- manufacturer rebates
- package rebates
- delivery fees
- installation charges
- haul-away costs
- whether another retailer offers the same manufacturer promotion
A package saving several hundred dollars can be more valuable than a larger advertised discount on one appliance.
Don’t Automatically Wait for Black Friday
Abt already runs substantial promotions throughout the year.
Its October 6–8 Fall Savings event, for example, included products such as a Whirlpool countertop microwave at $178 compared with a $499 comparison value and a BowFlex treadmill at $878 compared with $1,299.
So Black Friday is not automatically the first time an item reaches a low price.
If the exact model you want is heavily discounted before November and compares well with competing retailers, waiting may accomplish nothing except risking inventory.
Abt’s Price Match Can Be Useful
Abt currently offers a price-match guarantee on qualifying identical products from authorized retailers.
The competitor must have the same model in stock and new, and Abt considers shipping and handling when evaluating the competing price. Customers can also request a one-time qualifying price match within 30 days of their purchase.
There are important exclusions. Limited-quantity specials, manufacturer instant rebates and package bundles generally do not qualify.
That means you should not assume every Black Friday doorbuster will be eligible.
Shipping Is Free on Most Orders Over $35
Abt currently offers free shipping on most qualifying continental U.S. orders of $35 or more. Some large appliances, remote destinations and special delivery situations can carry additional fees.
For TVs, laptops and other common electronics, the free-shipping threshold should generally be easy to reach.
Large appliances are different because delivery type, installation, stairs and haul-away services can affect the total cost.
Check the Return Window on Electronics
Abt generally offers a 30-day return or exchange period on most products, but several electronics categories have shorter windows.
Computers and tablets currently have a 15-day return or exchange period. Cameras and lenses generally have a 14-day period and can carry a 15% restocking fee when opened. Cellular phones also have a 14-day window with a restocking fee on opened devices.
That is worth checking if you’re buying a Black Friday gift several weeks before Christmas.
Don’t Overlook Abt’s Display and Return Inventory
Abt also sells open-box, display and returned merchandise at lower prices.
These products are inspected by Abt technicians and generally retain the full manufacturer’s warranty. Most also follow Abt’s standard return policy.
For an expensive TV, receiver or appliance, it can be worth comparing an open-box price against the new Black Friday price.
Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
We would buy once the exact product reaches a genuinely strong price.
Abt followed its 2025 Black Friday event with a separate Cyber Monday promotion featuring additional electronics and appliance deals.
That does not mean the same product will become cheaper Monday. Black Friday inventory can change, and manufacturer promotions may expire or be replaced.
Cyber Monday is worth checking if you missed the first sale or are flexible about the model. For a specific TV, laptop or appliance at a strong Black Friday price, we would not wait purely in hopes of another discount.
When Will Abt Black Friday 2026 Be Confirmed?
Abt’s official Black Friday page already confirms that its holiday sale will return in November 2026, but the detailed schedule and product offers have not been released.
Based on last year’s November 21 launch, we expect the main sale around November 20, with additional deals appearing through Thanksgiving week and Cyber Monday.
