Danner’s Black Friday 2025 Sale – What to Expect & When

If you’re planning to pick up a pair of Danner boots this holiday season, it’s worth keeping an eye on their upcoming Black Friday sale.  Here’s a rundown of what to expect from Danner here in 2025 — based on past years, a bit of digging, and current patterns.

When Will Danner’s Black Friday 2025 Sale Likely Start and End?

Danner has a pretty consistent sale pattern, and if they stick to it again this year, the Black Friday 2025 sale is expected to begin on Monday, November 24, 2025. That’s the Monday of Thanksgiving week — not Friday — so if you’re waiting until Black Friday itself, you might already be behind the curve.

The sale is expected to run through December 5, 2025, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. That’s almost two full weeks, so there’s a decent window of time to shop — but keep in mind, everything is available only while supplies last. Some sizes and popular models might sell out way before the sale ends.

Also, it’s worth noting that Danner usually does not run a separate Cyber Monday sale, so the Black Friday event is your one shot to get deals this big during the holiday season.

How Much Can You Expect to Save?

Based on previous years, Danner typically offers up to 40% off on select items across the site. That includes men’s and women’s boots and shoes, with discounts applied to a wide range of categories — from hiking and outdoor boots to work boots and lifestyle designs.

Now, “up to 40% off” is key here — not every item will be 40% off. Some items might be 20% off, some might be 30%, and others might be full price and excluded from the sale entirely. But even so, it’s one of the rare times you’ll see this brand marking down their gear across the board.

From last year’s sale, here are a few examples of what was marked down:

  • Danner Mountain 600 Hiking Boots – up to 30% off

  • Danner Bull Run Moc Toe Work Boots – about 25% off

  • Women’s Trail 2650 GTX – around 35% off

  • Men’s Explorer 650 – up to 40% off, depending on color and size

  • Recurve Hunting Boots – around 20-25% off

  • Weatherized Danner x Huckberry collabs – often excluded or minimally discounted, if at all

It’s also pretty common for seasonal colors or less-popular sizes to get steeper discounts, so if you’re flexible on color or sizing, you might score a better deal.

What’s Not On Sale?

Not everything will be marked down. Some collaboration items, especially limited-edition collabs (like Danner x Huckberry or Danner x Filson), may be excluded from discounts or only have small markdowns. Same goes for new arrivals or just-released colorways — those usually stay at full price.

Also, Danner doesn’t typically run deep promotions on their custom-built or made-in-USA premium boots, like certain models in the Stumptown collection. If you’re looking for those, don’t count on Black Friday being your best bet.

Other Things to Know Before You Buy

1. Limited Stock

Once your size or color is gone, it’s gone — especially on sale items. Danner doesn’t always restock during the sale period. If you’re eyeing a specific pair, it’s best to grab it early in the sale window.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Danner generally offers a 365-day return window on unused items, even during the sale. That’s a generous policy, and it makes it easier to buy a pair as a gift or test the fit at home. Just don’t wear them outside if you think you might return them.

3. Free Shipping

In past years, Danner has offered free standard shipping on all U.S. orders during the Black Friday sale — and that will likely be the case again in 2025. It’s not fast shipping, but it’s free.
