Expected Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates

Based on DSW’s timing in 2024, the 2025 Black Friday sale will probably begin on Saturday, November 22, 2025, for DSW VIP members (that’s 5 days before Thanksgiving). If you’re not a VIP member, you likely shop the event just a few days later (probably around Tuesday or Wednesday).

You can expect the main Black Friday promotion to run through Friday, November 28, 2025. If you happen to miss it, their Cyber Monday event follows almost immediately afterwards with discounts that feel like an extension of Black Friday.

Based on last year’s sale and general trends, we’ve put together a rundown of everything you need to know. From sale dates to deal examples, how much you can save, and even tips for loyalty members—this is a full look at what’s likely coming.

When Will Dressbarn’s Black Friday Sale Start in 2025?

If we go by how Dressbarn has run their sales in past years, then you can expect to see two main phases to their Black Friday event. The first one is the early access portion, and that’s expected to kick off on Friday, November 21, 2025. This is when they usually start warming things up with a broad sitewide sale, which may include some limited-time offers or flash deals.

The real main event, though, is expected to begin on Wednesday, November 26, 2025—the day before Thanksgiving. That’s when the full lineup of Black Friday deals typically goes live.

For example, last year, they had a Cozy Sweater that was originally priced at $54.50, and it was going for just $16.99 during the sale. That’s a pretty steep drop and a good example of the kind of limited-time deals you might find on popular seasonal items. Another standout from 2024 was clearance denim being marked down to $15.99, also from the same $54.50 original price point. That’s less than a third of the regular price.
