Updated on Wednesday, October 14, 2026: AJ Madison has not yet announced its full Black Friday 2026 sale, but its 2025 event gives us a pretty good idea of what to expect.
Last year, AJ Madison started its Black Friday promotion on November 3 and kept it running throughout the month, with discounts of up to 50% on select appliances, free delivery on many qualifying products and financing offers on larger purchases.
For 2026, we expect another early-November launch rather than a sale that waits until Thanksgiving week.

When Will AJ Madison Black Friday 2026 Start?
Our best guess is around November 2–4.
AJ Madison started its 2025 Black Friday sale on November 3 and ran the event for the full month of November.
That makes it one of the retailers where waiting until Black Friday itself probably does not make much sense. If the appliance you want reaches a strong price early in the month, there may be little reason to hold off.
What Did AJ Madison Offer Last Black Friday?
The 2025 sale covered most major appliance categories, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, washers, dryers, HVAC equipment and smaller specialty appliances. Discounts reached up to 50% on select items.
AJ Madison’s current Black Friday section also shows how wide the range of discounts can be. Examples include washer and dryer sets around 20%–28% off, kitchen packages around 30%–37% off and some individual ranges approaching 45% off.
The main thing to remember is that the biggest savings are model-specific. You should not expect every refrigerator or dishwasher from the same brand to carry the same discount.
Kitchen Packages Could Offer Some of the Best Value
If you are replacing several appliances at once, packages are usually one of the first places worth looking.
AJ Madison’s current Black Friday package section includes four-piece bundles from brands such as GE, Bosch, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Samsung and Cafe, with some packages discounted by more than $1,500 before additional rebates.
For 2026, we would pay particular attention to package deals that combine:
- an instant sale price
- a manufacturer rebate
- a buy-more-save-more promotion
- free delivery
Stacking those types of savings can be more useful than chasing the single largest percentage discount.
Refrigerators, Ranges and Dishwashers Should Be Strong Categories
Large kitchen appliances are consistently a major part of AJ Madison’s Black Friday event.
The retailer’s current Black Friday listings include discounts across Bosch, LG, Frigidaire, GE, KitchenAid, Samsung, Fisher & Paykel and other major brands.
Some ranges are currently listed at 35%–48% off, while dishwashers are more commonly around 18%–20% off.
For 2026, we would consider a 20% discount on a premium dishwasher solid, while a range or refrigerator approaching 30%–40% off deserves a closer look.
Laundry Deals Are Worth Comparing as Sets
Washers and dryers are another category where buying a pair can make more sense than shopping each appliance separately.
AJ Madison’s Black Friday section currently shows LG washer and dryer sets with discounts around 20%–28%, plus additional rebates on some configurations.
For 2026, compare the total price after rebates rather than just the initial sale price. Two sets with similar advertised discounts can end up several hundred dollars apart once manufacturer incentives are included.
Free Delivery Can Be a Big Part of the Deal
Shipping matters more with appliances than it does with most Black Friday purchases.
Many products in AJ Madison’s Black Friday section currently qualify for free delivery, including large kitchen packages, laundry sets and individual appliances.
That can make a meaningful difference when you are comparing prices across retailers.
Still, check the final cart carefully. Delivery, installation, haul-away and other services are separate considerations, and AJ Madison notes that qualifying sale amounts generally do not include delivery or installation fees.
Rebates Can Matter as Much as the Sale Price
AJ Madison frequently combines sale pricing with manufacturer rebates.
Some current Black Friday listings show several hundred dollars in additional rebate savings after the advertised price, especially on kitchen packages and laundry sets.
That means the sticker price is not always the best number to compare.
Before buying, look at:
- sale price
- rebate amount
- package discount
- delivery cost
- installation cost
- estimated final price after all incentives
That gives you a much better picture of the real deal.
Price Matching Has Limits
AJ Madison says it will do its best to match a lower price from an authorized retailer on an identical, in-stock product, provided the comparison includes shipping, taxes and other relevant costs.
There are several important exclusions, though.
The price-match policy does not cover competitors’ rebates, financing offers, free gifts, clearance items, used or open-box products, installation services or assembly. It also only applies before your order ships.
So if you find a Black Friday price elsewhere, contact AJ Madison before the appliance leaves the warehouse.
Check the Return Policy Before Ordering Large Appliances
AJ Madison’s return policy is stricter than what you may be used to with smaller retail purchases.
New, boxed merchandise can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, but customers are responsible for return shipping, and restocking fees can apply. Free-shipping promotions and rebates are also voided when merchandise is returned or refused.
Air conditioners, special-order merchandise and accessories are not accepted for return.
For a refrigerator, range or washer, double-check measurements, electrical requirements, hookups and door clearances before ordering.
Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?
Probably not if the exact model you want already reaches a strong price in early November.
AJ Madison’s 2025 Black Friday sale ran throughout the entire month, so many deals were already available weeks before Cyber Monday.
With appliances, availability can matter more than waiting for another small price drop. Popular finishes and package combinations can sell out, and delivery slots can become more limited as Thanksgiving approaches.
If the total price after rebates is already competitive, buying early can be the safer move.
