When Will A Pea in the Pod Black Friday 2026 Start?
Our best estimate is Tuesday, November 24 or Wednesday, November 25.
Last year’s sale began on November 25 and continued through Black Friday week, ending on Cyber Monday.
That makes a launch just before Thanksgiving more likely than an early-November promotion.
What Should You Expect From the Sale?
The 2025 forecast called for up to 40% off sitewide at apeainthepod.com, with deeper discounts of up to 70% on selected pregnancy and postpartum styles. The previous year’s promotion used the code WISHLIST, so a coupon-based format could return.
The categories most likely to be worth checking are:
- maternity jeans and pants
- dresses and jumpsuits
- leggings and loungewear
- nursing tops and bras
- sweaters and outerwear
- postpartum clothing
- clearance styles
The biggest discounts will probably be on seasonal or older inventory rather than every current-season item.
Maternity Jeans and Leggings Should Be Worth Watching
Maternity bottoms are one of the more practical categories to buy during Black Friday because they tend to be used frequently throughout pregnancy.
A Pea in the Pod’s past Black Friday coverage has specifically highlighted maternity jeans, leggings and supportive styles as key sale categories.
If a current style reaches around 40% off, that would be in line with the stronger sitewide pricing from recent years. Clearance items may go lower, but size availability is likely to be more limited.
Dresses and Holiday Styles Could Sell Out Quickly
Late November is also a good time to shop maternity dresses for holiday parties, family gatherings and winter events.
Seasonal dresses, jumpsuits and layering pieces have traditionally been among the categories expected to receive Black Friday markdowns.

That suggests Black Friday shoppers should not count on stacking a welcome coupon on top of the holiday sale.
The important number is the final checkout price, not how many promo codes are available.
Shipping Thresholds Are Worth Checking
Blacker Friday’s current policy summary lists free U.S. shipping on online orders of $125 or more, while its 2025 Black Friday forecast expected a $150 free-shipping threshold during the event.
That means the exact 2026 threshold is worth confirming once the promotion goes live.
For international orders, A Pea in the Pod currently lists standard shipping to Canada at $50, with duties and taxes potentially collected separately from the recipient.
The Return Policy Matters on Maternity Clothing
According to Blacker Friday’s current policy summary, eligible purchases can generally be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale and special-occasion merchandise are excluded.
That is useful if you are unsure how a maternity style will fit later in pregnancy, but it also makes the final-sale label particularly important.
When choosing between a moderate discount on a returnable item and a much deeper markdown on a final-sale style, the safer option may depend on how certain you are about sizing.
Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?
Probably not if the item you want is already 40% off and your size is available.
Last year’s sale was expected to continue through Black Friday week and possibly into Cyber Monday, suggesting the Monday event would likely be an extension of the same promotion rather than a completely separate sale.
Maternity clothing is size-specific, and clearance inventory can disappear quickly. If a practical item you actually need reaches a strong price, waiting several more days may not gain you much.
