Instead, its Black Friday sale, which is often called the “Winter Sale,” usually continues right through Cyber Monday before winding down in the weeks that follow.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2025 Sale Dates

For 2025, IKEA’s main holiday sale is projected to begin on Wednesday, November 26, the day before Thanksgiving. Most major markdowns will remain available through Monday, December 1, with the larger Winter Sale running well into early January. That means shoppers can still grab deals after Cyber Monday, even if the biggest offers taper off once December begins.

Typical Discounted Offered

IKEA typically includes nearly every part of the home in its holiday promotions. Discounts in 2024 ranged between 25% and 60%, depending on the product category. Home décor, cookware, and lighting were some of the most deeply discounted areas, with several sofas and holiday collections priced at half off.

Here’s a look at the kinds of offers that appeared last year, many of which ran straight through Cyber Monday:
