Ethan Allen’s Black Friday 2025 Sale – What to Expect & When

If Ethan Allen is on your radar this holiday season, here’s a look at what to expect from their upcoming 2025 Black Friday Sale (our predictions are based on last year’s timeline, offer terms and deals).

When the Sale Will Start

If Ethan Allen sticks to its usual schedule, we can expect the Black Friday Sale to start around Tuesday, November 18, 2025. That would match what they did last year, kicking things off more than a week before actual Black Friday. The sale is expected to run through Saturday, November 29, 2025. That gives you nearly two weeks to shop, which is helpful if you want to avoid the rush or need more time to plan your purchases.

How Much You Can Expect to Save

Storewide Discounts

Ethan Allen doesn’t do huge blowout markdowns like some big-box retailers, but they do run solid promotions. Last year, they offered:

  • 15% off storewide

  • 20% off storewide if you spent $3,000 or more

So if you’re planning a major room redo or buying multiple pieces, the 20% offer is probably what you’ll be aiming for.

Accents

All Accents (i.e. lamps, pillows, décor, mirrors, etc.) were 20% off, which is a decent deal considering that accent items aren’t always part of broader sales.

Clearance Section

If you’re hunting for the deepest discounts, the clearance section is where you’ll likely see markdowns up to 60% off. These are usually final sale, limited stock, and “as is,” so shop that section early if you’re interested—items there can go fast.

What’s Typically Excluded

Ethan Allen doesn’t offer across-the-board discounts without limits. Here’s what was excluded from last year’s sale, and we expect the same exclusions this year:

  • Clearance items weren’t included in the storewide or accent discounts.

  • Certain new accent introductions weren’t part of the 20% off deal.

  • Outdoor Featured Deals didn’t qualify for additional discounts.

  • Flooring trims and adjustable bed bases were excluded.

  • You couldn’t apply the deal to prior purchases, pending deliveries, sales tax, shipping and delivery, gift cards, furniture protection plans, or replacement parts.

Also, the accent discount couldn’t be combined with the “Buy More, Save More” promo. Basically, you had to pick one offer if more than one applied to your order.

Example Deals From Last Year

While exact pricing changes year to year, here are a few examples of sale items from 2024 that give a clear idea of what you might find again in 2025:

  • Conway Roll-Arm Sofa: Originally priced around $2,700, with 15% off, the price dropped to about $2,295. If your total purchase was over $3,000, it would have qualified for 20% off—bringing it closer to $2,160.

  • Avery Host Dining Chair (Set of 2): Normally $1,100 for the pair, these dropped to around $935 with the 15% discount.

  • Luca Leather Ottoman: Regular price was roughly $1,200. With 20% off, it was around $960.

  • Kendall Accent Table: Listed for $399, eligible for the 20% accent deal, so you’d have saved almost $80.

  • Clearance Section Example – 5×8 Rug: A discontinued area rug was marked down 50% from $699 to $349. Final sale, no returns.

These examples aren’t guaranteed for this year, but they show the kinds of price drops that were available—and likely will be again.

How Shopping Works During the Sale

In-Store vs. Online

Ethan Allen runs the sale both in-store and online, so you can shop either way. That said, if you’re thinking about buying larger furniture, going in-store to test out a piece might be helpful.

Clearance Items

For clearance items, many are floor models and are sold “as is.” There’s no warranty, no returns, and you have to pay in full at time of purchase. You’re also on your own for packing and moving, unless you pay for delivery.

Some stores might even post clearance furniture locally (rather than online), so you’ll see better selection in person. If you’re interested in that section, visiting early in the sale is your best bet.

Payment and Delivery Info

Here’s how logistics typically work during Ethan Allen’s Black Friday sale:

  • Full payment is required when you buy.

  • No personal checks are accepted.

  • Delivery is extra, and you can’t cancel a delivery after scheduling.

  • Gift cards and financing offers don’t stack with other discounts, but certain financing promos may still apply (check the fine print).

  • Clearance items often don’t qualify for delivery, unless arranged and paid separately.
