In 2025, the sale began November 24 and offered 25% off sitewide at aliceandolivia.com in the U.S. and Canada, with some exclusions. No promo code was required, and the event was expected to run through November 30.
For 2026, we expect another Thanksgiving-week sale, most likely starting a few days before Black Friday on November 27.

When Will Alice + Olivia Black Friday 2026 Start?
Our best estimate is Monday, November 23 or Tuesday, November 24.
Last year’s sale started November 24, four days before Black Friday, and ran across Alice + Olivia’s U.S. and Canadian stores as well as online. Outlet locations were generally excluded.
That makes another early Thanksgiving-week launch more likely than a sale that waits until Friday.
What Did Alice + Olivia Offer Last Black Friday?
The 2025 promotion was straightforward: 25% off sitewide, with the discount automatically reflected on qualifying merchandise.
The offer covered a broad range of categories, including:
- dresses
- blazers and trousers
- outerwear
- tops
- handbags
- shoes and accessories
- selected sale merchandise
The most interesting deals were on items that were already reduced before the extra 25% discount was applied.
Dresses Should Be One of the Main Categories
Alice + Olivia is especially strong in statement dresses, cocktail styles and occasionwear, so this is one of the first categories we would check.
Last year’s Black Friday page specifically highlighted minis, midis, maxis and holiday-ready dresses as part of the event.
For 2026, a straight 25% discount on a current-season dress would be solid. If the offer also applies to merchandise already on sale, the effective discount can be much better.
Blazers, Pants and Matching Sets Are Worth Watching
Tailoring is another category where a modest percentage discount can translate into meaningful dollar savings.
Alice + Olivia’s Black Friday assortment has included tailored pants, blazers and polished separates, which makes the event a good time to shop higher-priced wardrobe pieces rather than only smaller accessories.
If you already know the fit you want, Black Friday can be more useful here than waiting for end-of-season clearance and risking your size disappearing.
Sale Items Could Produce the Best Value
The biggest savings may come from products that are already marked down before Black Friday starts.
In 2025, the 25% promotion could apply to selected sale merchandise, depending on the item and exclusions.
That is the part of the sale we would check first in 2026.
Just keep an eye on the final-sale label. Alice + Olivia currently treats items discounted 60% or more as final sale, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cyber Monday May Bring a Separate Vault Sale
Alice + Olivia’s Black Friday page currently references a separate Cyber Monday Vault Sale, which suggests the brand may again shift to a different set of offers after the main Black Friday promotion.
That does not necessarily mean Cyber Monday will be better.
The Vault Sale may focus more heavily on older or deeply reduced styles, while Black Friday is likely to offer broader access to current-season merchandise.
If you want a specific new dress, blazer or bag, Black Friday may be the safer time to buy. If you are flexible and simply want the deepest markdown, Cyber Monday could be worth checking.
Free U.S. Shipping Makes Smaller Orders Easier
Alice + Olivia currently offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders, with delivery estimated at one to six business days. Two-day and overnight shipping are available for an additional charge.
That removes one of the usual problems with smaller Black Friday purchases, since you do not need to hit a minimum order value just to avoid shipping fees.
The Return Window Is Short
Alice + Olivia currently gives shoppers 14 days from delivery to return eligible merchandise. Mail returns carry a $10 restocking fee per order, while eligible in-store returns are free.
Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with the original tags attached.
As noted above, merchandise discounted 60% or more is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
That is worth checking before ordering several sizes of a deeply discounted style.
Price Adjustments Have Limits
Alice + Olivia currently offers price adjustments within seven days of purchase when the same item remains available in the same size and color. However, temporary promotions and flash-sale pricing are excluded.
Any item that does receive a price adjustment becomes final sale.
So buying immediately before Black Friday does not necessarily guarantee that you can claim the holiday discount later.
Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?
It depends on what you are shopping for.
If a current-season style you actually want is 25% off during Black Friday, waiting may not be worth the risk of your size selling out.
If you are more interested in clearance and are flexible on color or style, the Cyber Monday Vault Sale could produce better bargains. Alice + Olivia’s own Black Friday page specifically promotes that follow-up event.
When Will the Alice + Olivia Black Friday 2026 Sale Be Announced?
