Updated on Wednesday, October 14, 2026: Affliction has not yet announced its Black Friday 2026 sale, but last year’s promotion gives us a strong idea of what to expect.
In 2025, Affliction launched its Black Friday sale on November 20 with up to 75% off selected styles, plus a free gift with qualifying purchases. The offer applied online at afflictionclothing.com and ran through the end of November, with some published terms extending into early December.
For 2026, we expect a similar mid-November launch, with the deepest savings concentrated in Affliction’s sale and Vault sections.

When Will Affliction Black Friday 2026 Start?
Our best estimate is around November 19 or November 20.
Affliction’s 2025 event began November 20 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific, eight days before Black Friday. The promotion was available online to most U.S. and international shipping addresses.
That makes another early start likely this year rather than waiting until Black Friday itself.

What Did Affliction Offer Last Black Friday?
The main 2025 promotion advertised up to 75% off selected styles in the Vault Sale.
The event covered categories such as shirts, hoodies, jackets and other apparel, while qualifying shoppers could also receive a free gift with purchase. Discounts were applied automatically, so no Black Friday promo code was required.
Toward the end of the promotion, Affliction advertised the free gift on orders of $115 or more.
That gives us a reasonable benchmark for 2026.
The Vault Sale Should Have the Biggest Discounts
Affliction’s deepest Black Friday markdowns last year were tied to selected Vault Sale merchandise.
For 2026, that is likely to be the first section worth checking if your priority is maximum savings rather than a specific new release.
A 30% discount on a current style can be decent, but 50%–75% off older or clearance inventory is where Affliction’s Black Friday sale becomes much more competitive.
The trade-off is size availability. Deeply discounted apparel often sells through popular sizes quickly.
T-Shirts Should Be a Major Category
Graphic tees are one of Affliction’s core products and should make up a significant part of the 2026 sale.
Current full-price Affliction tees are commonly listed around $39–$48, depending on the style.
That gives shoppers a useful comparison point. A Black Friday price around $25–$30 would represent a meaningful discount on a standard $48 tee, while prices below that would be more compelling.
Hoodies and Jackets Could Offer Better Dollar Savings
Higher-priced apparel can produce more meaningful dollar savings even when the percentage discount is similar.
Last year’s Black Friday promotion included hoodies and jackets among the selected discounted merchandise.
For 2026, we expect outerwear and heavier seasonal pieces to be worth checking alongside T-shirts, especially if the sale reaches 40%–60% off selected styles.
Expect Important Exclusions
Affliction’s 2025 Black Friday offer did not apply to everything.
Excluded categories included New Arrivals, Bundle Packs, Accessories, Mystery Items and other selected styles. The offer also could not be combined with other promotions or coupon codes.
We expect similar restrictions in 2026.
That means the advertised “up to 75% off” should not be interpreted as a sitewide discount.
A Free Gift Could Return
Gift-with-purchase promotions were a notable part of Affliction’s 2025 event.
Eligible shoppers had to manually add the qualifying free gift to their cart before checkout. Near the end of the sale, Affliction promoted the free gift on orders of at least $115.
For 2026, another threshold-based free gift would not be surprising.
If one returns, compare its value with the amount you would otherwise spend rather than adding unnecessary items just to reach the threshold.
Shipping Can Affect Smaller Orders
Affliction’s current U.S. shipping policy lists standard flat-rate shipping at $8.95, with faster FedEx options available for an additional charge. The company says many orders ship within one or two days, although processing can take three to five business days during busier periods.
Some current Affliction product pages also advertise free U.S. shipping on orders over $125.
During Black Friday, check the live cart terms because shipping promotions and thresholds can change.
Keep the Return Policy in Mind
Affliction generally allows most items to be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are new, unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. Refund returns are currently subject to a $7 restocking fee.
Mystery bags, gift cards and custom made-to-order items are excluded.
Most importantly for Black Friday shoppers, final-sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. That restriction also applied during last year’s holiday promotion.
Check the product page before ordering a deeply discounted size or style.
Should You Wait for Cyber Monday?
Probably not if the item you want reaches a strong price and your size is available.
Affliction’s 2025 Black Friday sale continued through the holiday weekend and was still being promoted on November 30.
That suggests Cyber Monday may function more as an extension of the same sale than an entirely separate event.
For apparel, inventory is usually the bigger risk. If a Vault style reaches 60%–75% off in your size, waiting several more days may offer little advantage.
When Will the Affliction Black Friday 2026 Sale Be Announced?
Mid-November is our best estimate. Last year’s event began November 20, so we expect the main 2026 promotion to appear roughly one week before Thanksgiving.
Once Affliction releases its 2026 Black Friday sale, we’ll update this page with the confirmed dates, discount levels, free-gift threshold, exclusions and standout deals.
