RC Willey Black Friday 2025 Sale – What to Expect & When

Updated on Wednesday, November 12, 2025: If you’re planning to shop RC Willey’s Black Friday 2025 sale this year, here’s a look into what to expect, when the sale will likely happen, what kinds of discounts are realistic, and even some examples from last year to help you plan.

Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates

RC Willey is expected to begin their Black Friday 2025 sale on Black Friday itself, Friday, November 28, 2025. Unlike some other retailers that start the week before or open online first, RC Willey tends to hold the big event on Black Friday itself. That means the best opportunities will happen in-store.

The official doorbusters are usually in-store only and limited to a very short window. If it runs like last year, the key timeframe will be 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Outside of that window, the store will still have discounts across furniture, appliances, electronics, and more, but the deepest one-time price cuts are tied to those early morning hours.

Early Bird Rewards

One of the main reasons people line up outside early is the discount card giveaway. In 2025, the expectation is that the first 200 people through the doors will each receive a $50 discount card. That’s what they did last year just for showing up.

Like most perks, there are rules attached. Last year, the fine print said the card couldn’t be combined with any other coupons or offers, and it was only valid on in-store purchases. It excluded doorbusters, video game consoles, software and accessories, computer products, flooring labor, window coverings, countertops, extended warranties, RC Willey Blue Rewards, competitive price matches, clearance items, and gift card purchases. On top of that, specific high-end brands were excluded such as Apple, Sony, LG, Samsung, Sonos, Dyson, Sub Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Tempur-Pedic, and others.

In other words, the card is best used on mid-tier furniture, mattresses, and general appliances that aren’t on the exclusion list. It’s not a free pass to get $50 off anything, but with the right pick it can make a noticeable difference.

Special Purchase Add-On

Another perk worth keeping in mind is the bonus product offer. Last year, anyone who spent at least $299 on a qualifying purchase could also buy a 2.4 GHz Radio Control Buggy for $17. The buggy was valued around $75, which made it a fun extra for anyone already planning a larger purchase.

What to Expect in Furniture

Furniture is RC Willey’s main category, and Black Friday is usually one of the best times to buy. Based on prior years, the discounts here can range anywhere from 20% to 70% off, depending on the item.

Large sectionals, sofas, recliners, and bedroom sets are usually included. The highest discounts often apply to discontinued collections or floor models, while current year sets might only see 15% or 20% taken off. Still, when you’re talking about items that cost $1,000 or more, even a smaller percentage off is meaningful.

Dining sets and accent furniture also tend to be marked down. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade your dining room or replace worn-out living room seating, this is one of the better times of the year to do it.

Mattresses and Bedroom Deals

Mattresses are another popular category for Black Friday at RC Willey. While brands like Tempur-Pedic and select Sealy models are usually excluded from the discount card promotion, other mattresses still see big markdowns.

Last year, shoppers saw price drops of several hundred dollars on popular queen and king sets. Bundles that included mattress and foundation were also discounted.

Bedroom furniture like dressers, nightstands, and full bed frames often get included in larger sales. If you need a complete set, this is the season to save more than at other times of the year.

Appliances

Big appliances are another major focus. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers are all categories where Black Friday pricing shows up.

RC Willey has historically offered rebates in addition to discounts, and some purchases come with free delivery or installation. That’s worth paying attention to, because delivery and setup can add significant cost outside of sale events.

Brand exclusions apply here too. High-end manufacturers like Sub Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Fisher & Paykel, and Electrolux often don’t get included in blanket discounts. But mid-range brands usually do, and that’s where shoppers can find $200–$500 savings or package deals.

Electronics and Home Entertainment

RC Willey isn’t primarily an electronics store, but they still stock TVs, speakers, sound systems, and other home entertainment products.

Black Friday 2024 included discounts on large screen TVs from Samsung and LG, though certain models were excluded from coupon use. Still, promotional bundles were available, and prices on 55-inch and 65-inch TVs dropped significantly compared to earlier in the fall.

Audio gear and accessories are also part of the mix. While premium brands like Sonos and Polk Audio are sometimes excluded, mid-level speakers, soundbars, and home theater packages often see markdowns.

Outdoor and Seasonal Items

RC Willey also uses Black Friday to clear out seasonal goods. Patio furniture, grills, and outdoor seating sometimes get deep discounts as the store makes space for winter and spring stock.

It’s not the main attraction, but if you’re willing to plan ahead for next summer, you can grab a deal here that won’t come back until clearance season.

Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates & Timing

Rack Room Shoes is expected to start its Black Friday 2025 sale on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 both in-stores and at rackroomshoes.com. That is two days before Thanksgiving.

The event is likely to run through Saturday, November 29, 2025, or until supplies run out. In past years, popular sizes and styles have sold out quickly, especially sneakers and casual everyday shoes. Since the event begins early, checking the deals online or visiting in-store as soon as the sale kicks off is usually the best way to secure what you want.

Typical Discounts

Rack Room Shoes usually offers a mix of percentage-based discounts, coupons, and their well-known Buy One, Get One 50% Off (BOGO) promotion. For 2025, the main offers are expected to include:

  • $15 off orders of $99 or more.
  • $30 off orders of $149 or more.
  • Up to 30% off select footwear brands.
