Expected Black Friday 2025 Sale Dates

For everyone else, Citizen is expected to kick off its Black Friday 2025 sale on Friday, November 21, 2025, running through Friday, November 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. This mirrors last year’s schedule, starting the Friday before Thanksgiving and lasting a full week.

Shipping & Returns

Citizen generally offers the following during promotional periods:

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders
  • Free returns within a set period (usually 30 days from delivery)
  • Free bracelet sizing so your watch is ready to wear out of the box

Their return policy usually requires the item to be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. This makes returns easy if you’re unsure about the model or gifting to someone else.
